The hotel is well located to San Jose transport and attractions, the room was quiet and comfortable. There was laundry facilities on the floor along with filtered water available - nice touch.

The continental breakfast selections were a bit limited, one of the bath towels in my room smelled stale and had makeup on it. The parking lot is convenient but if you arrive late at night, the elevator isn't available and you have to walk five flights of stairs alone - not the worst thing but also not a great option - just a bit of a personal safety concern.

excellent service, comfortable beds, good breakfast, spacious areas to hng out and a nice bar with possibility to eat something as well. on top of all this they had a fast washing machine and dryer for visitors. The hotel is also situated very close to the arena in San José, so if you are here for a hockey game or a consert, this is the perfect place to stay. Parning is situated just beside the hotel in a parking garage.

The only thing that didn't work at this hotel was the water machine.

Room cleanliness 10/10, bed was 8/10, shower was 6/10, space was 8/10, location was 10/10. The location was PERFECT! We attended an event at the SAP Center and were able to walk every where. The show let out at 11pm and the walk back the hotel was safe and a lot of people walking the same direction. Walked to get breakfast the next morning. Great food and convenient to just about everything. Only down side is, we are a little on the older side and it's a party location. Wasn't what we were looking for but the room was quiet and didn't bother us at all. If you are looking for a party scene, I would add +1 or +2 to this rating. I would stay here again for sure.

Didn't really have anything negative to say about our stay. We really enjoyed our trip. If I was getting REALLY knit picky, the shower doesn't have enough pressure but I have really high shower standards. Also the square toilet seat was kind of weird for me.

Room was very clean and a good size. Water and ice facilities on our floor were super handy and so was the fridge in the room. Had little interaction with hotel staff bar checking in, cleaning staff were lovely and accommodating!

The parking was advertised on the site at 25 dollars a day but was actually 30 dollars when we arrived. Not a massive problem but feel the listing on booking.com should reflect the change.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was pretty much perfect. If I had to pick something, we booked through booking.com which included breakfast but the staff didnt have this listed on their paperwork. We simply had to show them the booking.com email and that was enough to satisfy them. Took 2 seconds - maybe something to check if it comes up next time.

This is a very convenient and nice place to stay. We were in town for a Sharks game, and this hotel had easy access, easy parking, and is a very short walk to the arena. Heated pool was nice and the hours are very nice. The rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable.

There is a breakfast there, but the price is not worth it. It’s a basic breakfast bar and they may or may not have eggs on toast.

The room we had was great! Located on the second floor, around the corner from the ice/water station and elevator, the room was large, spacious, with two king size beds, full size bathroom, and good view of the the city. Equipped with tea and coffee, ironing board, hair dryer and complementary waters and fridge, it was beyond our expectation. More importantly, it was clean, well maintained, and quiet. With three adults, who were busy with wedding preparations, the room was great! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facility and San Jose!

Nothing to dislike about the facility. The parking fee at $35/day is pretty steep.

Check in was fast, parking was close by, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were quality. There was a bar downstairs. Within walking distance to SAP. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Felt safe.

The TV didn't work very well--the channel listing didn't seem to match what was actually playing.

Very clean! We loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room. Very good location.

We did not like the parking situation. You are charged more if you want to take your car in and out throughout the stay. Not a deal breaker but also not super convenient. We walked most places. Dinner, breakfast etc. The downstairs bar lounge...is a bit overpriced for what it is.

I loved the room, and the fact that there was laminate flooring and not carpet. Everything was spotless and perfect for our stay.

The room safe didn’t work which was frustrating and the varying cost for breakfast was confusing.
