This place is very close to SJSU, which was the purpose of my stay. It's meticulously clean, recently renovated, and VERY spacious. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which is always a plus. I had zero issues with parking and, unlike what's written in other people's reviews I had read before staying here, very quiet (I was towards the back side of the hotel).

My only concern was the WIFI. Day 1 it was barely working only if I sat really close to the window, day 2 I had zero WIFI, and day 3 (the day I left), it was working. I did go to the main reception to let the staff know on day 1, and I was told the router would be reset. Every time I was in the main reception, the WIFI was at 100%. My room, however, was a different story altogether (my room was very far from the main reception).

Finally, breakfast is being served!!!

I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, the day after my room was cleaned up beautifully by the maids. But on the 2nd day, I left very early and hung on the door the sign "Make up my room." When I came back, the room wasn't made up. Maid told me that I have to notify IN PERSON if I wanted my room made up even though I hung my sign outside the door. I had a long day and was looking forward to a beautifully fresh clean room. I wasn't aware in any "fine print" over these little rules. I really haven't gone back.

I liked that they had newly renovated bathrooms pretty, but forgot trash can for bathroom and since shower no place to sit your soap etc, Vinyl flooring, great, so No dirty carpet on feet. Staff nice room clean, 2 pillows on one bed good two on other flat used up. Velour blanket, or comfortwe would have been lul step up from blanket and sheet. And end drape foot bed. Looked nice. We stayed 3 nights came again 1 night near My daughter and Grandkids. So pretty good.

The rooms were comfortable and clean

Our bathroom light kept turning on randomly throughout the night, netflix was also available to log in to but it kept pausing every five minutes or so. The area also had some night time activity but for the price its fair. I was also hoping the breakfast was going to be more than toast and cereal.

what I like about this hotel is how close its to restaurants, shops and other places in walking distance or take a bus. The staff was really friendly.

what I didn’t like is that the place was under construction while staying there and was given a room that was supposedly done but it didn’t look done all that was listed when I booked the room was not in the room; no coffee marker had to go out and purchase one so we could have coffee in the morning, no desk or mirror, no closet to hang things on, no tub, there were big hole in the wall in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder expect this standing one that wasn’t very sturdy. No irony board, no ice bucket to get ice I had to buy one, no towel rack, no soap holder on the shower. I mean don’t get me wrong the remodel looks nice but unfinished.

I was a little hesitant at first, but based on the reviews that this motel received I decided to stay there. I was glad to see the renovation that was in progress. And I know that eventually the towel bars and the tissue holders will be mounted. Pictures in the room would be nice also. The bed was very comfortable.

I did not find anything negative about this motel.

We loved everything, nice and clean and lots of space in the shower. Very close to food walking distance one block away there is a food truck Park very delicious.

Not enough parking and the vending machine was broken.

We had a last minute booking as we were too tired to drive home. The room we booked was clean and comfortable, and we felt in a safe environment. The parking area was well lit, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The location made us close to all the venues we were attending. Newly remodeled so things look great. Some great food options close by.

Coffee maker really small cups. Continental breakfast and coffee would be great.

Bathrooms and putting the customers first. First rooms a/c was not working called it in they immediately moved me to another room with the a/c working .
