I liked the location. It was within a short walking distance to numerous restaurants. The places I came to visit and the airport were a short Uber ride away. Breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a guy with glasses that got a salad for me when I first arrived because I was hungry. I forgot his name but shout out to him.

There should be an indoor pool. There’s a sign in the elevators advertising the breakfast and showing fresh berries but there were none. Believe me, I was looking for them.

Breakfast was great but they should have added bacon to go along with the sausage, even waffles or pancakes would have been great too.

We tried to have couple drinks at the bar but the front desk was also the bartender so we had to wait until he/she was done checking people in. They should of had someone working the bar area only then serviced in a small glass that was very expensive $15 plus tax at least charge people $8 for a small cup and it tall $15. wasnt worth it and thought that was disappointing to us as we stood in lots of hotels and cost isnt even that high for a drink.

The hotel was very clean and looked new. The room included a side sofa which was awesome because it allowed me to sit and get some work done while the kids were sleeping. The breakfast options were fine, especially considering it was included in the room price. The parking garage was very easy to get to.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was a lot of noise from airplanes flying overhead and trains going by in the evening. We're not super light sleepers but it still kinda sucked. Parking was a big expensive at $40/night but there weren't many options so can't really ding them too much.

Location next to theaters was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Big variety of food by the pedestrian mall with convenient parking. Hotel breakfast very satisfying. They have a restaurant that serves simple bar food but I have to say its been a long time since we had a $28 hamburger--thank goodness it was tasty.

Time to change out toilets for grownups, not wee short kids. Beds are squeeky but comfortable. No glass for toothpaste rinse.

The warm breakfast was healthy, and the room was really comfortable. I arrived after a long, beautiful Amtrak train journey from Oregon and asked if I could leave my luggage before checking in later in the afternoon. But the staff member on that Friday morning was really helpful: she looked for an already empty room and offered me this as an alternative to my booking. Really appreciated as it was a strangely windy and cold day for San Jose! There was some good food nearby at San Pedro Square.

Breakfast was excellent options not your typical muffin and yogurt . The rooms were nice and clean . Parking is an extra expense so that’s not ideal after already paying so much .

The extra parking expense . Plus you need to find parking to get checked in to access the parking . I know using the key card for the elevator and for the parking is for security but totally forgot it once . We had kids in the room that were able to bring the card. Also couldn’t find the return card slot in the parking garage .

The rooms and bathrooms overall have a lot of room!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have, parking is close and convenient, TV channel selection is a plus as well.

Breakfast is only served until 9am, this is unusual for a hotel as we have always had breakfast end at 10am, not a huge detractor but was unfortunate. Also, I would think for a Hyatt they would have EV chargers in the parking garage, but this was not the case, no EV chargers.

The breakfast was AWESOME!!!!! The had the staple, ceral, coffee, milk, juice, etc. They also had eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The bacon was cooked perfectly. My sons loved the breakfast. The location is awesome!! There are a lot of things in walking distance.

The staff were absolutely GREAT!! Unfortunately, when we checked in at night, the staff had to wear three hats, he was at the front desk person, bartender and the food cashier. The night person was awesome and he was able to handle it all!!! So friendly. My concern is more about Hyatt Corp and how it treats its employees. To only have one person do it all, as a means to save cost is unethical in my opinion.

location was great...breakfast was very good as usual...staff was very helpful and attentive...room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom was somewhat cramped in its layout...overall a very good experience

2nd floor room on the street side had it's drawbacks with noise and sightlines but the room was clean and comfortable. we've stayed on the streetside rooms before but never this low a floor and the noise is louder.

The hotel was very busy when we arrived, but the staff was amazing and accommodated us without a problem. The front desk staff was very welcoming and assisted us with a reservation issue I made online without hesitation. The room was great, bed was comfy. The breakfast was such a nice addition to our stay, and all the food was great.

I have no complaints! The staff and location were both amazing. Downtown San Jose is pretty lively so there was lots going on. It was wonderful.
