Everything was clean and new and very comfortable. Shower amenities were great quality.

Parking availability slim to none. Unable to park personal vehicle without having to park long distance. The valet location and valet parking wasn't as convenient as you would expect.

Hotel had a convenient location for our visit purposes - we were able to easily access & walk around Downtown San Jose. Valet attendants were friendly & inviting upon our arrival. Lobby bar was aesthetically appealing & sizable with plenty of seating. Pool area was relaxing - I lounged there with my morning coffee as the airplanes flew by. There were a few issues with bathroom supplies - I called for more towels & a bath mat (which I thought would have been a standard inclusion for safety purposes). Pricing was particularly high relative to other similar area hotels. Not sure if the extra expense was justifiable for us.

The rooms were very spacious, had a little walk in closet, bathroom was spacious with a nice big shower. The mini fridge was nice and cold, there were coffee pods, an espresso coffee maker and a tea kettle with tea bags available for guests to use. There was even a vanity mirror complete with a single bench-like chair for guests to use to apply facial products.

The individual room with the toilet in it is cramped in the bathroom, there was no fan for the bathroom, and the shower floor needs some kind of rubber mat or something to prevent a bad fall that’s waiting to happen. No microwave in room.

The restaurant downstairs was absolutely horrible. We have been there before for the bottomless brunch, and it has definitely gone downhill since then. Typical hotel restaurant prices but the food and service did not meet up to our expectations. We each had a Bloody Mary and the garnish bar had mold on both the tomatoes and the cheese! The bacon tasted days old.

Lovely ambient bar. Pool toilets were closed and it was a bit tired in parts, room was a bit noisy from the trams despite being on the 14th floor. Window from next doors room looked into mine and vice versa so had to draw the curtains more than I would like

The location was perfect about 3 mins away from the civic center, walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was big and comfortable, I really appreciated the fact that we could crack open the windows as opposed to most hotels it is not an option. Everything was absolutely spotless. Loved the bar and grill downstairs, great food and cocktails. Shout out to Bernardo for his awesome customer service! All in all we had an amazing trip, will definitely be staying here again if we're ever back in San Jose.

The shower door kept slowly opening. Could not turn the A.c down past 65 and if was hot. Just these 2 minor things.

The architecture in the building was stunning! It was located just steps from the restaurants I needed to go to (Morton's and Scott's). Also within 10 minutes of SAP Center and San Jose Amtrak Station, which I also needed to go to. The beds in the room were super comfortable. We had a nice view of the city.

We arrived slightly early before check in time and were allowed to check in. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable bed. Toilet was clean and bright. No bath tub. Only have valet parking @ usd47. there was a seating area at level P to claim the car, it’s pretty convenient. Wifi chargeable @ $15/day.

Wonderful cleanliness, comfortable and spacious room, wonderful service, the location is great and next door there are several options of places to eat, from breakfast to dinners.. the pool is amazing and the lobby bar is a charm. I forgot my ID at the hotel and the staff promptly helped me with the return. Special thanks to Emilio from the frontdesk.

The items for bathing in the bathroom are small and with little quantity.

Excellent location close to restaurants. Bar area had a brilliant atmosphere and was popular. Room was really nice and comfortable.

Breakfast was very expensive. Restaurant was good but very expensive.
