Everyone was very friendly and answered my questions without me asking. It was like they were mind readers it was great. Food was good.

The shower temp was a bit cold. Even when I switched the nob to the highest hot. Not sure if perhaps the room next door was using the shower at the same time that could have caused the water temp to be lukewarm. Oh, my blood Sugar was low so I went into the snack store thinking I could charge my room but my room account was closed the night before I checked out. Luckily I had my card.

That i booked a King size bedroom and when I got there they told me it wasn't ready. I got there at 3:00 pm and they told me check in time was at 4:00pm. On your app it says check in at 3:00 and check out at 12:00. Wich is incorrect. Check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 11:00. They gave me a room with 2 queen beds. Also on site parking is limited to small cars. Any vehicle taller than 6'-8" couldn't enter the parking due to height restriction.

I liked that the location was right at the convention center so I didn’t have to walk far to get to where I was supposed to be.

The elevators were SUPER annoying. There were entirely too many people to have to assign elevators because people would press buttons to go up but weren’t able to fit so now we had to stop at their floors for no reason. It took 15 minutes every time I wanted to get back from the ground floor to my room. I also don’t like that the price I paid was 3x higher than the convention price and no one told me when I booked that I could get it cheaper.

The room was clean. It is they had free breakfast and they would not give me Hilton Honor points because I didn't book directly through them. There was an event at the convention center and the line for it went into the Hilton garage. I was able to drive out and get to my own event but I did have to honk a few times. I thought it was odd to have a line go into a garage and back out. On the plus side everyone in line were polite and there were a lot of food vendors if we got hungry. I guess the word chaotic would describe the area in the lobby and outside but the room was nice.

We loved one of the restaurant workers (he went above and beyond anytime he saw us!), the room was comfortable and clean and we utilised the swimming pool. Good location with the light rail getting us to where we needed to go.

Some staff were shorter with us compared to others who were lovely.

I didn’t like that I tried booking another room but they when I went to the lobby to book they help me the front desk person just told me to book it online and there was nothing could do to help me when my phone wasn’t working or connecting to the wifi

Room on the 18th floor was quiet and lovely. Air conditioner malfunctioned the first night but was repaired promptly the next morning. We had breakfast and dinner at Secco with our 8 year old grandson. Staff treated him --and us--very well.

Everything was perfect although I asked to check in early and was going to be charged 100. Also asked to checkout late and was told I’d be charged 100. I get it if you were sold out but not even close to sold out. Was charged 37.00 a day for parking regardless if the garage filled up or not.

All the additional fees. Guest should get to park for free!

Very clean and helpful nice staff

Our room was in front of the ice machine and it was very loud and would scare us at night. other than that everything was really good, I like how there’s a nice restaurant and bar

Breakfast was delicious. No coffee refills however. Given the cost of breakfast, that should have been nice. Everything else was great. Appreciated the bottled water.

Shower was terrible, pooled up, too hard pressure. Bottom of bath not the best.
