We loved how roomy and comfortable the room was. We always get a disability access room and this one is probably one of the best ones we've stayed at. The bathtub had a removable shower seat that was very sturdy and there were lots of bars to hang on to in the bathroom. The bed was also super soft and we love the blackout curtain. Plus, the cleaning staff (Aurora and Elia) were super helpful and nice.

The only thing you didn't really love was the soft water, because it felt like a weird film was on my skin when I was washing my hands. Like no matter how much you washed you still had like a weird residue. I did eventually get used to it, but that's not my favorite thing. Also, the internet was really bad in the lobby and it took a minute to check in.

It is spotlessly clean. I think the hotel is relatively new so everything is clean and has no smell of old facility. The room is very spacious for 4 persons. It has long work desk. The washroom has petition door for wash basin vs toilet and shower so convenient for multiple family members. Housekeeping comes daily with clean towels. Bed is comfortable. I did not hear street noise in my room. Breakfast is not fancy but decent with hot and cold food.

Parking is only valet and causes $25 daily.

Night auditor was rude upon check in. I had done a pre-check in before my arrival and added my vehicle information, however, upon checking in, she was rude and not helpful and I had to find street parking at 2am. We were not informed about the limited parking spaces prior to checking in. I also had to ask her many questions to get information about our room and amenities.

Parking should be included in parking garage for free. Also floors and walls must be thin because we got a noise complaint from downstairs when we were not even doing anything. I had my 76 year old mother with me. Come on now! That was ridiculous. The employee came up and said we got a noise complaint and if they got a second call that they would have to call the police! My mom was very disturbed at that because once again we were not doing anything wrong! Smh 🤔

Everything looked clean, modern, and good. The shower was spacious. I like the waffle maker. That was delicious. I like how they kept the vintage motel sign in the lobby with a reference to the history of the location.

I arrived late around 1:00 AM. By the time I arrived they had cancelled my booking after I had already paid for it in full. I didn't have signal to call earlier because I was in the northern redwoods area of California. Why would they cancel, without my consent, if I had already paid for it in full, and booking never mentioned that I had to check in by a certain time. Luckily, no one had taken my room by the time I arrived and I still got my room. Also, they changed my card twice, but they quickly gave me my money back on the overcharge once I informed them. The breakfast was ok. A little bland on the eggs.I also did not like that you had to pay for parking, about $20 a night.

The property is very surprising because of how nice it is. A solid little breakfast in the morning. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Victoria and Sylvia. With more employees like them, this place will be a great spot always.

Paid parking is honestly the biggest downside. However parking on the street isn’t the best option here. Unfortunately it’s not in the best neighborhood as you’ll be able to tell. Also a $100 deposit is a ton! Like way too much. $50 is pretty reasonable, but $100 was nuts.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional!!! From wonderful reception to housekeeping, the cleanliness of the room, nice breakfast to great ambiance. We love it!!! Location is very convenient too. Recommend highly

Nothing, really, I cant think of everything negative to say. Better than many 5 star hotels I stayed in the past. Very unique with a warm individual touch

Great location. Very clean, the room was bigger than expected and we had a nice view. The staff was exceptional. Great breakfast options. I like the option of the valet parking. The valet parking attendant was very nice and professional, she provided us with good suggestions on what to do around town since were new to the area.

Rooms were extremely clean and staff were great.

Could hear the footsteps of guests upstairs late into the night. They also seemed to move furniture and luggage. It was surprisingly loud and we lost sleep over it. It didn’t seem excessive and we couldn’t really do anything about footsteps.

Had a great breakfast, easy control of air in the room. Loved the shades on the window. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Over all a great place to stay..

I am not able to review my bill before any charges are done. Was charged to many parking times, and it takes too long to get your deposit back.
