Jose in the front lobby was super attentive, helped accommodate my brother who's temporary in a wheelchair. Beds were alot more comfortable than I expected. Our room had a little kitchen which was cool because we didn't take snacks. The second bed was in it's own little room, so we did get the benefit of extra privacy when changing, getting ready, and you didn't need to wait for someone to shower and change for the next person to shower. The fwy was about 3mins from the hotel so we were in and out fairly quickly, on a non-busy street. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel which is a plus if you're hungry, didn't get a chance to eat there but will try it next time. Overall we will definitely be coming back to stay there when we visit family. Thank you so much for the stay and may your hotel continue to thrive.

Not the hotels fault at all because they do have a noise ordinance time set(and yes I know we can't control other people that stay there because at the end of the day it is a hotel), but the group of guest that came around 2AM bumping music and talking right outside my door. It felt like they were inside the room with me from how loud they were. I did ask them to please keep it down and they were respectful and left. Oh and our room wasn't as purple and expected lol

The room I was asssigned to wasn’t working out the toilet clogged and the bathtub/ shower wasn’t functioning right. But the staff and office manager helped me and changed my room immediately which was soo wonderful and stress-free.

Vending machine would be nice and more convenient. But over all a very great place to stay in.

Got there and we were able to check in a little early. Quiet. Parking right in front of the door, and it allowed our dog.

The room smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking room. The guy said he upgraded us but I thought I had a king bed with a couch and it only had a king bed. Also the shower door didn’t latch no biggie but didn’t want to get water on the floor. The cars parking at the entrance to go to the restaurant on the corner almost had us rethinking staying there. Mainly because you could hardly get in the driveway. But no problem after we got past them.

Cheap price and nice staffs. The first room smell like someone smoked cigarettes before, I reported this and the staff was nice and helped me change a room.

Facilities look pretty old.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff is friendly, entire area of the hotel (parking lots, walkways, etc...) was kept clean and maintained.

Largly downplayed by online service provider (booking.com) beautiful apartment like setting with living room complete with great furnishings just as listed 2 "seperate" bedrooms extremely comfortable with oversized bathroom just as promised. The real kicker of all of this wasnt just the awesome rental but the absolute AMAZING customer satisfaction that we were met with especially with it being so late in the evening & as tired as we were we were able to obtain room keys without a hitch even though the online service provider Booking.com wasnt punctual on confirming reservation with the motel meaning the Motel wasnt aware of reservation that was placed and hour earlier in the evening. Also a xssThanks Alura Inn and front desk guy in the evenings....

The staff is very friendly and helpful and room is big and bed is comfortable it's close to two gas stations one on each side from motel ...for drinks and snacks.
