The front desk clerk was so helpful when I needed a box to carry a sculpture that had been given to me that would fit under a seat on the plane. She actually took something out of a box that was the perfect size so that I could use it! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good. The shuttle driver was very nice, too.

The only slight negative was the weird lighting set up. No overhead lighting in the main part of the room, only lamps on each side of the bed and an overhead near the door. The bathroom light had a motion sensor, so if you needed to use it in the middle of the night, you got blasted with harsh light that made it subsequently hard to get back to sleep. The light in the closet would automatically come on too, but it wouldn't shut off when you closed the closet door. Also, did not like that breakfast was an extra charge instead of being automatically included in the room price.

The room was comfortable, staff were friendly, the restaurant was convenient and it was very close to the airport.

There was no way to organise an airport shuttle pick-up, no one responded to my messages. We were offered one to return to the airport the next day, which we didn't need.

Massive gym — plenty of equipment and free weights.

The staff training was inadequate. Asked for toothbrushes, said we had to go down to the front counter to pick them up, when we got down there they said they had no toothbrushes — but then tomorrow morning they had them? Confused.

The best part of my entire stay was the hospitality. The lobby was extremely clean as well as the balcony. Alex at the front desk was amazing. He was very accommodating, friendly, and easy going. Anthony was also amazing. We arrived around midnight and was given a very warm welcome as if it were 12 noon. And upon check out, Alex once again, made sure we made it to the airport on-time. I will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for our 1-year anniversary.

The only thing missing was the refrigerator and microwave, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Hopefully they will consider placing appliances in the rooms in the near future.

Marriott aquired Sheraton facility over 6yrs ago. Our king size room was very mice and clean, drapes closed out most light, air and heat worked great, but no microwave found in room, only thing I thought was annoying was the end of second floor sounded like the water was running like someone showering the whole time. Bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft, and something made me itchy all night possibly the bleach they are cleaned in. Staff was friendly, hallway smelt good, clean not musky, and seems clean.

Soft pillows Linen wash irritated my skin made it hard to sleep.

All of the staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and kind. The breakfast buffet was little, but with good quality. My room was impeccable and properly stocked with toiletries and towels. AC was functioning properly and quietly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I think my only complaint is that the entrance doors in the traditional rooms are very heavy, so they might bring issues for guests with disabilities.

Having the main light come in when you enter the bathroom in the room is annoying. If you get up in the middle of the night to use it, you wake up other people in the room too, and get blinded. Shower in our room didn't drain fast enough, it's always unpleasant standing in water.

The room was very clean and modern. The staff (hotel staff as well as shuttle driver) was excellent and very forthcoming. Airport shuttle worked like a charm, despite our short notice request. Public transport (light rail) is in walking distance.

Food was wonderful. Good internet connection. Room was comfortable. Bathtub was very roomy. All the amenities were well stocked and supplied.

Nothing to complain about. This was a very good place to stay.

Room was fine, front desk was helpful

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night multiple times. When I got someone from maintenance to some up the first time he just asked me "Is it still going off" and when I said no he said "all good" then left.
