This was the best hotel I've ever visited. I am not a connoisseur, but the breakfast varies deliciously every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was always clean.

Really this only complaint I can think of is the lack of a hot tub to soak in while the kids goof off in the pool... Ok the pool could use a heater too. But I straight up loved this hotel and I'm happy to have spent 6 nights with them. My toiletries were empty,(shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but stuff happens.

Location to the airport. Area seemed safe. Washer/dryer cost cheap. Breakfast was great (especially when we had real plates/utensils vs. the paperware days).

I would have given our stay a 9/10 but was not too happy with the housekeeping portion of our stay. Very inconsistent (no towels replaced, coffee/cups/cream/soap no trash removal). We stayed a week and no bedding was changed until the night before we left. We would have to ask for supplies when we returned in the evening.

I will only stay here when I’m in the South Bay! Staying in a hotel near the airport and a ways away from downtown San Jose has huge advantages! Airport shuttle is great. I’m so glad I read the well deserved excellent reviews! They literally have everything here and you’re paying a half to a third of what you’d pay at a more mediocre South Bay hotel! The breakfast , pool and staff are excellent. Early check in and late check out were a breeze. My fiancée and I were able to use the lobby facilities and store our luggage until our ride picked us up. We stayed twice , booking ending our week in Monterey and each stay was excellent.

Nothing! This hotel is perfect!

The rooms were spacious, clean and super comfortable.

The food was eh. But the prices of the various menu times were affordable which was nice, especially in today's economy.

Close to the airport terminal with free shuttle. We enjoyed pool to relax after a long flight with a stop over prior to an onward flight. The restaurant provided a reasonable t re angle of food at a fair price.

It was good to see an attempt to split out items for recycling. We were however surprised when we placed the compostable bowls and plates in the compostable bin only for the member of staff to remove them and place them in the trash bin. Presumably there is a lack of awareness around the what should go the compostable bin both with the guests and the staff. Whilst breakfast was good, the policy of using compostable plates and plastic forks is disappointing as these all go into the trash bin.

Great location if you are flying from San Jose. Clean and comfortable room

They gave us a little bag at check-in with cookies and a bottle of water. We had to return a rental car and receptionist was incredibly helpful with arranging our transportation back to the hotel from the airport. Had wings at the hotel's bar and they were the best we've ever had! Bed was very comfy and we loved the couch in the sitting area. Location is very quiet. Shuttle to the airport in the morning let us go a little earlier.

Bathroom layout was different--not used to having the commode and shower in separate rooms.

Overall check in was very easy, girl at the front desk was friendly, property was easy to find. Parking was easy to find as well. The room was very spacious and clean, had a room at the end of the hall with a great view. My stay was overall a great experience. Bed was comfy, hotel was very quiet, the bar was nice to go and have a drink at and the breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again when Im in the San Jose area.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was pleasant

There was no robe provided in the room. So when you got out of the shower all you had was your towel. Every hotel I have stayed in has provided a terry cloth robe for this purpose. Since this was in a office park with plenty of parking available, I took exception to the fact that the hotel charged me for daily parking.

Really good breakfast and the cook, Tina , was really nice and friendly and lots of choices for breakfast .. it’s the best we had compared to other hotels we stayed in.. and the front desk was really nice also.. and the service is really exceptional as when we asked for new towels.. they deliver it right away not even 5 mins they are already there knocking on the door.. best customer service ever!!!

Parking a little tight and smaller and had to pay.. the room with disability access was great but there were space not used in the room…
