First off let me start with the staff, they are an AMAZING group of individuals who work together to make this hotel run the way it is. They display the utmost professionalism and respect. I am here working and the duration of my stay will be right here at this hotel. The assistant manager whose name is Rishav has been nothing short of amazing. I foresee this man running his own hotel in the near future, and I will be his first guest to book at his hotel. He treat his staff with respect and dignity. I’ve been to 4 hotels since July and this is my last stop. Rishav has been kind and very helpful and if I had any issues he would address it immediately. My hat comes off to you Mr. Rishav for the amazing service that you provide for all your guests. Thank you for an amazing experience and I will be here until I go back home to Florida. Thank you thank you and thank you. Because you sir whenever I go out of town I will be staying at an extended stay hotel.

I have nothing negative to say.

This hotel was great. My room was huge and clean. There was a kitchen and work area, and a separate space for the bedroom. There is a fitness center with cardo machines, it was very convenient. The location is good, near SJO and Diedron Station. There isn't a restaurant but several delivery options are available. Uber was a 4 minute wait. Bring your own toiletries, fyi. The staff was really nice.

Date Written on: 08/21/2023 My name is Christina. What I had liked about the property is that there was plenty of space for parking. Staff was attentive friendly clearly well spoken. Staff was kind enough upon my request had showed me other layout of rooms for the comfort of my stay. I am a San Jose, CA residence. The reasoning of this booking is that I needed a safe place for parking my vehicle and for a restful sleep being able to lay in bed without disturbance to heal, and get over stress to be able to lay down in bed comfortably of my own privacy. Not having to be sleeping in my own personal vehicle. I had traveled here alone checking in as myself, and had used my own personal transportation to get here. I had to take care of some personal errands, being able to complete work for maintaining myself. I am as well a mother of 3 children. I have not given up any type of parental rights to my children, and prefer having my children back at home with me in my parental care at my given time. I do feel safe at my current home residence, as I have not request for any change of my residence location. I have not assigned anyone as my own personal assistant to myself, children, families, households, and or work places. As if there is someone entrusted to be sure to enlist them providing there full contact information. There has not been anyone listed for this role upon my self behalf. Date written on :08/21/2023 I did not like the fact that the card had was issued to me for my room had allowed for me to make entry. But, the usage of the machines for the center was not turning on or in usage during my stay. Again I’d prefer direct contact or communications. I had checked out of my reservations next morning at 1:30pm.

I liked how my room was set up. The area in the back of the hotel was good for walking my dogs but still being aware of cars---safer in the back because more cars parked in front area of the hotel. I liked the location but depending on when you leave, it could be difficult to leave the parking lot due to traffic. The service and cleanliness was good overall.

Regarding the stove, the larger burner of two did not work, but it was repaired right away. There is no sink stopper, so you really need to be careful not to let large food particles down the drain. I would have liked the windows clearer to see out because it was kind of frosty looking.

The hotel room we stayed at was really clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom towels were nice as well. There was nothing major to complain about. Location was great as well (5 minutes from SJ airport)

The front door of the first room we stayed at was broken and wouldn't open (the handle would not turn). We had to go back downstairs to request a room change which the front desk quickly resolved.

Very close to the airport, great pricing as we were only in the hotel to sleep and just wanted to be able to sleep and eat while we were traveling to sight see.

The layout of the room was a little weird with the tv, but it was a great room

I liked the size of the room, the overall pricing, the comfort of the bed, the aesthetic of the room as well.

The shower drain clogged right away after one use so there was a puddle we were standing in which wasn’t the best. Only negative to say

Our main criteria to select was that this hotel is pet friendly. Facilities are functional and adequate. Staff were helpful in answering any questions we had.

Breakfast is very limited.

It was a regular extended stay but the reason I gave this review is because of the staff. I was coming from Los Angeles and I was arriving a bit early, when I called one of the staff I think her name was Catherine she allowed me to check in early. She originally told me she couldn’t guarantee but she would call me back and she did to confirm I was able to and she left my information at the front desk since she was going home. I really appreciated that because most hotels will not allow you to check in early no matter what and are rude about it. The staff were very nice and it was a seemless check in after a long drive from Los Angeles. Whenever I come back next year for 49er games, I will be staying here everytime just based on the rapor I have with the staff. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and hospitality that’s something that is uncommon in this world now a days. Although the room was very small this will be my go to hotel in the Bay because of the staff. They made it very comfortable so the little flaws of the room are minute. Thank you again guys!! See you next season!!

The only complaint I have is that the room was small. That room did not need to have two beds it should of only had one. We were bumping our legs on the bed trying to get through to use the bathroom lol

They had everything needed to cook. Plenty of towels. If you forgot something the fro nt desk provided.. It was quiet at night plenty of parking. I will defintly be back. Good price for all they offer.

The pool was a little over crowded . spa a little dirty but that was the only downside.
