The room was quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and exceeded our expectations.

We did not like the fact that we had to pay $10 to park in the hotel parking lot, that we were staying at. Ridiculous. Why on earth should someone have to spend money to park when they’re already staying at the hotel, paying for a room. We really liked the hotel, and we most likely will stay there again, but if we find one for the same price, and they did not charge the $10 to park in the parking lot, we most likely will stay there. We also didn’t like how short the faucet was in the bathroom. Every time we would use the bathroom sink, water would get everywhere, and it was hard to wash our hands. Whoever designed the sink was not thinking straight.

The breakfast was excellent. Omelets, potatoes, cereals, waffles, fruit, pastries, and wonderful coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Signage. I exited public transportation and went to the front of the building. All doors were locked. Called the desk and was told the entrance was on the side by the parking lot. Told him when I got in that they should have a sign on the front indicating where the entrance was. Not everyone owns a car. Some of us are trying to reduce our carbon footprint and help save the planet by using public transportation (which is above average in San Jose).

I like that the room was very big and had a balcony.

I did not like that the bed was too firm and the pillows has no cushion inside of them. You had to stack 2 pillows on top of each other to try and make one pillow and was still flat. The other was being by the train you can hear it in the morning ringing bells. Lastly the blinds there's slots so you can see the sun coimg through and will light up your room.

We wish we could have stayed for a longer time - our flight got cancelled so we had to stay in San Jose the hotel was great, the breakfast looked fabulous (my SO ate breakfast and said it was fabulous), we even used the laundry service because we had no clean clothes since we were cancelled. Very accommodating, very amazing rooms and beds, and overall cannot wait to hopefully stay again.

Nothing really - wasn’t a big fan of the cost for laundry but we understand this.

The location of the hotel was very safe and family friendly. The staff was friendly and responsive to any question or requests. The breakfast was great with assortments of hot & cold food items. Overall great experience and would recommend it to friends & family and I would book again if need be in the future.

The only think I may say is there is $10 nightly parking fee but I understand it comes with staying at a nice hotel

The location was great! Very close to the airport. The shuttle driver and staff were all so helpful and friendly.

My only complaint was that I wish the shuttle service started a little bit earlier in the morning. It starts at 5 but many times you need to be at the airport by 4. I think it would be a great service to your customers to start it earlier.

I had a much better stay here than I did at the Hampton Inn near Disneyland last year. Thank you loved having available shuttle to airport instead of paying for another Uber.

Only had a pool, great for my daughter. Would have liked having a hot tub.

Close to the airport with Shuttle service. Customer service is amazing. Particularly Eli and Louis. Provided over the top accommodations. I plan to return to San Jose and hope they are on staff

Suggestion. Shower cap

One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Nice size room. Great shower and amenities. Everything was fresh and new.

Parking process is suboptimal. An open surface lot parking should not require a slip of paper on the dash in order to park in the lot. And a guest should not have to walk back out to their car to comply.

Breakfast met our expectations, and we would have liked more yogurt options.

The faucet was on the right side of the bathroom and everything else seemed fine, except for a leaking head shower. I'll let the front desk know so they can put in a work orders.
