The room and bathroom were very clean and bed was comfortable!

After a certain time, parking was very limited. And woke up to a man laying in the hallway talking very loud on his phone. I would feel better knowing that hotel staff were doing walk through of hallways, just to make sure unwanted guests were not present.

The staff were helpful, not overly friendly, but not horrible either. The breakfast had a variety of choices, up to par with hotel food. The area and hotel looked nice and safe. Our room was nice, and the bed was so comfy as were the pillows (best night sleep I had on our 3 day drive). The TV worked, and the bathroom was nice and stocked. The hotel did have a pool, which is why we chose it (see rest for the pool on the disappoint section). Although we were by the airport, we didn't hear planes at night.

I don't have many disappointments with this hotel. The biggest one would be that the pool was cold and the area around it was dirty. The only other thing I could say would be the ice machine wasn't working.

Clean and comfortable room. Free parking! Great lighting and workspace if you need to work.

The room is listed as accessible, but wheelchair users should beware that it's a bathtub with safety bars, not a roll-in. It was confusing to arrive at the hotel and discover a different hotel than what I'd booked. They are in the middle of a brand change. There is also a lot of renovation going on, which was sometimes noisy and meant many parking spaces were unavailable.

It was clean, bed was comfortable, maids were friendly and helpful. Front desk night clerk man was helpful. It was a great location if you need to be by the airport. Bathroom floor was very slippery (and dangerous) when wet. Make sure you put a few towels down when getting out of the shower. I fell and hurt myself. Other than that, enjoyed my stay.

The slippery floor in the bathroom and the lack of response from the hotel when I called and asked to talk to the manager about it. Why do they have wood floors in a bathroom?? Glad I was not 80 years old! Could really hurt someone.

Convenient, comfortable, price

The online check in process was a waste of time; it saved me no time at all. And when we arrived, there was a line of 17 people checking in - it was a group, each being checked in to individual rooms. One reception agent was processing the group for nearly 15 minutes before a second agent arrived to assist. When it came our turn to check in, and I indicated that I had done so online and only needed to pick up my room key, the agent told me to not bother completing the online check in next time because paperwork and documentation had to be completed and signed along with the credit card retention for incidentals in person at the reception desk.

Comfortable bed, good value, clean room and good facilities.

Somebody opened our door, fortunately we had the extra latch on so they couldn't get in, but when we went out the door to see who it was they ran off. I didn't see any Maids cart around or anything, so I don't think it was the staff. Anyways someone seemed to have a key door, and it was a bit unnerving. I've been to this Motel many times and this is never happened to us before. I don't think it should be a reflection of the staff or the hotel itself, it just was not great. Also, nobody came to bring towels or anything, I'm assuming that we have to call and ask for extra now. That surprised me, since they usually come and check.

We stayed a night at the beginning and end of our trip to Hawai'i. The check in was awesome and their shuttles turned out to be Ubers, probably because of the time of our flights. The first room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Included breakfast was varied and there was coffee in the lobby although we left too early on initial stay to take advantage of it,

The room on our return was much smaller and not as clean. or comfortable. There's a gas station/mini mart next door and a fast food place. If you want something else you have to drive or arrange for delivery. We tried delivery but seems the area was short on drivers.

I liked the security of the rooms and the room we had was close to the fitness center, ice machine, and the pool. Parking comes with the reservation which was nice and the hotel itself is close to the highways. To get to downtown San Jose is like 10-12 minutes.

The breakfast gets cold if you don't go towards the beginning, it seems like they just batch everything in the morning so it lasts 4+ hours. The ice machine we were next to didn't work but there was another one pretty close by. If you're a light sleeper, the airplanes may wake you. There is heavy construction going on with the roads so just beware of that.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovation and it felt like the bed and carpet were new. Most importantly for me, the curtains were black out, no parking lot lights bleeding into the room.

The shower was fine but both my husband and I felt the water could have been about 5-10 degrees hotter. The ac from the floor above us dripped the second night and it was incredibly loud.

Loved the place and I would stay again, especially when all the renovations have been completed. I prefer pork sausages over turkey and should always have bacon... the hot plates that the food it kept in, can be a little bit hotter. Room was very clean and smelled clean as well. All the workers, maids were so kind polite and helpful.

Shower could use a bit more pressure and renovations, hopefully will be completed soon.
