Property was new, clean and well furnished. The air conditioning and cooling was good and the internal room furniture was as expected. The breakfast was unlimited with a lot of options including eggs and other bread items. The reception lady was friendly and happy to help.

The property is at the end of El Camino Road and away from food or other convenience store. The property is also on the exit of a freeway sir getting in and out is sometimes a challenge. parking was also limited at night but we did get a slot.

Room essentials as the handicap equipped bathtub, large screen tv, comfortable bed, convenient located parking, continental breakfast, housekeeping, friendly staff.

Access from El Camino Real going north to south has no direct entrance to hotel. Had to pass hotel and turn right on traffic's light onto a street to return to traffic light to go north toward entrance of hotel on right. Housekeeper forgot to leave a bathmat upon servicing room, but that we took care with a large towel. However, nobody is perfect and service was good.

Location near the Santa Clara University campus, breakfast, desk set up in the room, large shower, a great binder citing resources and amenities in the area including food delivery, excellent value.

Other guests being noisy in the parking lot area early in the morning; the mattress was too hard.

The room was exceptionally clean and large. Had 2 comfortable queen sized beds. The bathroom was very clean the sink area was ample for my 'stuff'. It is designed in a motel style with rooms in a row with an outdoor corridor connecting them. The breakfast was unexceptional mostly cold pastries, cereal, bagels/toast and with microwavable jimmy dean burritos and sausage and biscuit patties.

The water heater seemed to be located right overhead and at first I wasn't sure I could sleep, but I did manage to get used to it.

Friendly staff, safe, central location, breakfast was good (included omelets, sausage links, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, juice, coffee,and served daily at 06:30. House keeping came every day.

Rooms had some wear and tear (floors & showers) but $150/night, free break, & free parking made up for it.

Breakfast included Picked up the room daily Trustworthy staff - left my Apple Watch behind and it was placed on the nightstand.

No elevator and it’s hard to climb stairs with luggage.

I must say that I find motel pillows to be most uncomfortable but I finally found a motel with comfortable pillows and a firm mattress. Best night sleep I ever had in a motel room. The room was super clean and very nice. I love the breakfast the next morning . And the price is very affordable. I've found my new place to stay next time in Santa Clara .

Nothing. Parking was easy clean room and exterior.

Location, I went for my daughters karate specials class in the Buchser school only 4 min far from the hotel. Coffee in the room with k-cups and breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.

The A/C doesn’t work when I arrived, I reported to the front desk staff and she fixed the issue. I found a spider in the bathroom.

Clean and updated

Bed needs replacing which I think the hotel was in the middle of doing. There is a pile of mattresses sitting outside. Which really need to be taken away. Kind of unsightly. Attracts vermin also. Staff Hass to stop turning down the fridge when there’s items in it and you’re staying there at least another night or so.

Beautiful room, well appointed. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

No elevator but it's only a 2-story bldg, so not really an issue for me.
