Very clean; comfortable bed; bathroom was in excellent condition and the shower worked well; the towels were folded into whimsical shapes, which was a nice touch; complimentary assortment of hot drinks in the lobby; staff was friendly and helpful; the pool was nice and refreshing. It was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was great, with both hot foods and cold cereal available. I especially appreciated that they had plain instant oatmeal and an assortment of toppings to put on it, including nuts and dried fruit.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy and on the old side.

This was very centrally located and easy to access freeways, shopping, and tourist attractions. It's located less than 10 minutes from The Winchester Mystery House and Levi's Stadium. Our room was very clean and comfortable, although nighttime noise levels were a bit loud due to our room location. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have staff be more knowledgeable about the various transportation options available to get to/from Levi's Stadium for the San Francisco 49ers game. When we requested assistance from front desk staff on how to take the rail, they advised us NOT to use it, which we later found would have been the easiest (and cheapest!) option, and urged us to use a rideshare instead, which ended up being a nightmare after the game.

Overall, this was a good hotel for business trip. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer microwave and fridge in the rooms, and simple breakfast. Wifi is stable which is a plus especially for business trip.

We booked two rooms, one of them with no windows so couldn’t get a natural light. Staff never replied to the messages thru Booking.com or email that was inconvenient for the foreign travelers.

The size of the appartement was good. WiFi was running stable. I liked the breakfast.

There was / is still an issue regarding getting the bill. The hotel tells me they cannot issue the bill and I need to request it from booking. Booking tells me they cannot issue the bill and I the hotel will provide it to me. I am still confident this issue will come to a solution. I need a real bill to get my expanses covered by my company.

I appreciated the fact that there was hot breakfast. I enjoyed the yogurt, oatmeal, bacon, oj. Pool seemed nice but the weather wasn't warm enough. Location was good, close enough to SCU and other places. I was allowed early checkin after being encourage to join the IHG club.

Breakfast was convenient but I found the eggs and sausage not to my liking.

The room was spacious. Amenities in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Dove products are great. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra pillows and sheets in the closet. Room was clean. Parking was free. My family was very comfortable.

Ice machine was not working properly. Ran out of coffee during breakfast.

Nice clean hotel, area is great

It was a little chilling and the reason I pick a hotel not a motel is because I know I'll be inside, well the elevator are kind of outside the building. So you so step outside, wait for the elevator and then step inside again. It's a little different. But overall it's a great hotel, worth he money.

Rooms are big, well equipped, cozy, renewed and full of amenities I did not expect. Breakfast was great. Nice pool, located near many restaurants

The gym was very small and not as well kept as the other spaces. I got the impression it was Not so clean and equipment was a bit old but it was ok to train for once

It was very clean and had all the essentials necessary for a 1 day trip

This was my first time booking a hotel so I wish the deposit was discussed ahead of time and also the fact that you need a credit card and not a debit card for that deposit
