Very clean; comfortable bed; bathroom was in excellent condition and the shower worked well; the towels were folded into whimsical shapes, which was a nice touch; complimentary assortment of hot drinks in the lobby; staff was friendly and helpful; the pool was nice and refreshing. It was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was great, with both hot foods and cold cereal available. I especially appreciated that they had plain instant oatmeal and an assortment of toppings to put on it, including nuts and dried fruit.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy and on the old side.

Great location, great price. Room was big, well appointed, was on the first floor, as we requested. Newer furniture, paint, etc.--very nice place. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was compared to other places we have stayed in the area.

would like breakfast to be served until 10am. We missed it. Would like better shower pressure. Shower was slippery. Girl at front desk was kind of rude, but all other employees were great.

We liked the comfortable beds and the clean establishment as well as the breakfast.

The elevator in the rear was not working so had to go all the way to the front and walk to the back of the hotel. Also, we had trouble getting the room that was on my booking, but managed to get something similar. The clerk told me I should really watch with third party sites. I haven't had the issue before though.

This was very centrally located and easy to access freeways, shopping, and tourist attractions. It's located less than 10 minutes from The Winchester Mystery House and Levi's Stadium. Our room was very clean and comfortable, although nighttime noise levels were a bit loud due to our room location. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have staff be more knowledgeable about the various transportation options available to get to/from Levi's Stadium for the San Francisco 49ers game. When we requested assistance from front desk staff on how to take the rail, they advised us NOT to use it, which we later found would have been the easiest (and cheapest!) option, and urged us to use a rideshare instead, which ended up being a nightmare after the game.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room booked was listed incorrectly, so the staff moved us to a room that worked for our family. Breakfast was also great! Good protein choices.

Booking.com stated that the Queen "disabled" room had a pull-out couch. It did not, and none of the accessible rooms have pull-out couches. This is false and needs to be fixed.

The location was excellent. It is near sporting events, food, and shopping.

We stayed at the hotel while attending a music concert at Levi Stadium. The hotel was sold out and the only had one attendant working during check-in. The line was out the door. The attendant did a great job, management needed to plan better.

Overall, this was a good hotel for business trip. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer microwave and fridge in the rooms, and simple breakfast. Wifi is stable which is a plus especially for business trip.

We booked two rooms, one of them with no windows so couldn’t get a natural light. Staff never replied to the messages thru Booking.com or email that was inconvenient for the foreign travelers.

Breakfast was great with a variety of choices kept at sufficient temperatures. Cleanliness and utilities of the room was great as well. Friendly front desk service and easy check-in and check-out process.

Toilet paper holders made it rip easily and made it harder to get a sufficient amount.

The size of the appartement was good. WiFi was running stable. I liked the breakfast.

There was / is still an issue regarding getting the bill. The hotel tells me they cannot issue the bill and I need to request it from booking. Booking tells me they cannot issue the bill and I the hotel will provide it to me. I am still confident this issue will come to a solution. I need a real bill to get my expanses covered by my company.
