The only staff member I dealt with was the man at the front desk at amcheck in and checknout. He was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The onlybthing wrong was the sink did not completely turn off and a tiny bit of water streamed out constantly. It was only mildly annoying. The black out blinds were great too. The motel was quiet, and felt safe. Parking was plentiful and I could park close to my room. I recommend this place to anyone wanting good, better than basic rooms at a very good price for the area.

Clean and secure.

It would be nice to have maid service with the full room, aside of clean towells. I tried to request it many times with the request maid sevice door handler but never happen.

I liked the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful; the cleanliness of the room; the comfort of the furniture; and the convenience of the facility. Also, although this hotel is on a busy road, the rooms are set way back from the road, so they are very quiet--at least my room was.

Value and cleanliness

Front desk person was talking on his Bluetooth the whole time he was checking me in. It made me feel my business was a burden and unimportant.

Great staff and easy travel to my destination

At first appearance it looks a little rundown but the room are remodeled and I think everything else is in the process

We stayed 3 days my was not cleaned out we waited for the to be cleaned out nothing we had to ask for more towels garbage stayed pile up we had to throw trash away

Front desk was great! We loved the room, perfect for parents traveling with 3 teens. Room was clean, beds are soft and comfortable. The boys had fun in the pool. Close to store, restaurants and gas.

All three beds were comfortable. The location was idea. Staff were friendly. The fridge was larger, which was nice. The hotel gave us plenty of towels.

It was a little tight with three beds, but definitely doable.

My stay was fine. Have stayed before and will probably stay again if in that area. Staff was fine.

The staff is super friendly, accommodated all our requests with ease and promptly. We had a late check in time and it wasn't an issue what so ever.
