It was near the venue where we attended a party and the price is reasonable. I liked the suite room.

My request for the rooms to be in close proximity with the rest of my family was not followed. Two of the rooms were not also ready when my family members arrived. I know they were a bit late checking in, but I was not expecting that it won't still be ready at the time. I booked for 4 rooms with sofa bed but when I checked the rooms, there weren't any sofa bed available except for the suite that I stayed in. The rooms are generally clean but the lobby carpet needs an upgrade. There's a restaurant on site open during breakfast and lunch, then at 5pm for dinner.

It’s my time booked this hotel through booking.com. I always check with hotel directly again to make sure there is no any 3rd party surprises. Yet it’s hard to reach the hotel directly. However I did receive a 24h early check in email notification email from the hotel. For the first timer, it might cause a little anxious mood.

The rooms were very nice. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. Extremely good location—across the street from the Apple headquarters in central cupertino.

The receptionist at the lobby was kind of over it and annoyed when I was trying to check in. I don't expect receptionists to be smiling all the time but she just looked so annoyed when asking for my passport, name, etc. Also the price was kind of expensive.

The hotel was clean, modern, convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was a little smaller than expected. Our room did not get cleaned our entire stay.

The phone (landline) in our room didn’t work. I had to go to front desk twice Saturday night to ask for blanket and again about breakfast. I forgot to mention to the night crew. I mentioned the phone issue this morning to the employee, she didn’t seem to care much. I then asked if we could at least get two bottles of water due to the inconvenience of the phone not working. She said no and that the bottled water was for guest that were checking in and not leaving. She directed us to the water in the pitcher. We had a long journey home and really didn’t want the water in a cup.

Our stay was great, she facilities were easy to navigate and it was very clean.

The bed was VERY firm which caused me to wake up in pain. The fold out couch bed was nice but the mattress was very thin and you could feel the metal bars which is fine for children but definitely not for adults.

Cleanliness. The carpet l, bathroom, walls, furniture— everything about the room was clean and felt updated. Me and my best friends are clean freaks and so the lack of a saggy mattresses and water stained walls and dirty carpets was so relieving and satisfying. I am so thankful for a clean and peaceful stay. Nice water pressure and temperature too!

I liked everything. Well I wish the coffee station stayed open. We missed it.

The staff went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. In addition, the hotel itself is exceptional and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. We liked the menu options. The food was good, not great. The shower was beautiful. Liked the soap, shampoo in th shower. Nice clean room.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator.
