First of all, the staff was so kind and just overall top tier. I had a bit of a mix up with my online booking and they smoothed it out, no hassle. It was soooo great bc I was totally anticipating a complicated process. Second, I travel a lot for work and stay in many, many hotels. I don't know what it was about that bed, but I got the best 2 nights of sleep that I'd had in a very long time. That bed gave my bed a run for it's money. Lol And I have never thought that about a hotel bed. Clean facilities, beautiful plants, uncomplicated parking and there are stores within walking distance which is always nice. 11/10 recommend and will definitely stay here if I'm ever back in the area. We went swimming at the pool when we got back after 2 hours our room door was open and cracked they blamed it on the carpet keeping it open but I remember closing it I could be wrong we reported to management they came picked it out I'm sure and then we stayed the night there but it was scary knowing that our door was open when we got back from their pool

Better communication about our room door being open when we got back from the pool we're gone for 2 hours at the downstairs pool and came back to our room door being cracked open

The staff is friendly and helpful: they easily allocated us to a different room because of a malfunctioning air conditioning, and later during our stay they brought us towels while at the pool. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were happy with the fridge, Starbucks coffee and ironing facilities. Breakfast was limited, but fresh fruit, yogurt and muffin is a good start. There is barely any street noise to be heard, only some noise from the fountain. Free parking.

Cleaning / towel service seems to be different than as stated on the information board in the room. Carpet in the lobby and staircase is stained and needs to be replaced. Elevator in the lobby was broken, and using the one at the opposite side of the building was unpractical.

The layout of the room was nice. A private room and then the bedroom allowed for being together in a tight space without being constricted.

The breakfast was skimpy with basic items. Bananas were gone by the time we got there at 8:00 a,m, and there was no one around to ask questions and there was no place to bus your dishes so they were left on the tables. We expected eggs and perhaps breakfast sausage as we wanted to have a decent breakfast before we got on the road.

HOT TUB & POOL & ROBE are awesome! The Happy Hour is a huge bonus and fun! The beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. The hotel is a great place to stay with reasonable value.

We stayed at this location last year and the Happy Hour food had a wide variety other than meats/cheeses, there was mozzarella sticks! This year, the Happy Hour food was not as exciting and when we asked for cold chardonnay, we got cold cabernet. Last year the breakfast was INCREDIBLE, two rooms of food including bacon, potatoes, pancakes, etc. This year, the food was not good and not a lot to choose from. We also had to ask 4 times to get towels in the pool area. I finally had to go floor to floor looking for housekeeping to get some. Our kids were cold and ready to get out. That was really disappointing. I also wish there was more water pressure in the shower and the soap dispensers worked.

Spacious large room, clean, very comfortable mattress, quiet. Friendly staff available 24 hours. Reasonable WiFi access. Online check-in was smooth.

TV didn't work. Breakfast had limited protein options (just boiled eggs), and the pastries were stale. Place could use a tech amenities upgrade (newer TV with HDMI, for example).

We have stayed at Cupertino Hotel three other times in last two years. This time, there were 6-7 couples waiting on rooms. We had arrived at 1:30 pm planning to swim and then get ready for my 5:00 pm 40th high school reunion. Our room was not available until 3:30 making it tight getting ready. We always love the property. When we returned after breakfast to get our luggage, the battery in our door was dead would not open. We were very rushed to get to our 10:00 am appointment after maintenance opened our door.

The pool was freezing cold, like Lake Tahoe where we now live. The eggs were not fully cooked and my husband went back to get more food before 9:00 am and the food was put away. Food was much better before.

Breakfast was not hot, but many nice cold items juice/fresh fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ nice pastries/ toaster available.

Having to always go through the lobby entrance to get to the room. I realize this was a safety precaution but it was inconvenient. Elevator under repair. Coffee was not replaced in my room every day. I don’t drink decaf and I asked the maid to leave more regular coffee, but she didn’t.

The property was pretty! Everything was clean and neat and people were friendly. It was also in a good location to either go north or south.

The carpet was pretty gross most places in the hotel - that could certainly use an upgrade. The breakfast was ok but could've been a little more substantive.

The room was clean, spacious and well organized. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate , but not excellent.

The desk attendant on duty, when I first arrived, had such a strong accent that I could not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her several times to repeat herself.
