Lovely view of Los Angeles from Griffith Observatory to downtown; roomy, well-appointed apartment; centrally located and convenient for the touristy activities we scheduled as well as visiting our son in Los Feliz. We did pay the extra for the underground parking, and we found it to be a must. The one code number for all access points was extremely convenient, so kudos for that.

Check-in at 4:00 meant we were navigating rush-hour traffic while trying to find on-street parking. BTW, that was impossible, pay for the underground parking, easily worth the peace of mind. Important to note that the person messaging me as we were trying to check in was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. So we had someone holding our hand while getting into the building. If it had been me along trying to do all this, rather than my husband driving and me texting, it would have been dicey.

Most everything about the hotel was very good. The service at the restaurant was slow on Sunday morning since there was only one waitress who was doing her best to take care of everyone. Location, parking, facilities are all very nice.

My single complaint was the fire alarm went off on Saturday night but only for floors 1-5. We were on the 9th floor and slept peacefully through it and heard about it the next morning from other folks staying on the lower floors. Obviously, this is concerning from a guest safety viewpoint. Fortunately, the fire department gave the all clear and guests were able to return to their room within 30 minutes. But what about us on the upper floors? Expendable?

The staff is accommodating and communicative via text. No room-related surprises upon arrival. We nearly borrowed their bikes, but slept in since the beds were so comfy and quiet. Parking was included with our stay! The elevators were fast, even for the 9th floor.

If checking in late, the parking garage entrance can be tricky to find.

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Heater fan was vibrating and making load sound when on. TV Remote was broken. Plastic case that holds batteries in place was broken.

Great location, lovely room, awesome shower and it was great to also have a bath to relax in.

The first room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke but they gave me another room that was much better.

Want to know the kind of mattress and sheets? Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Parking when I came back to the hotel later was difficult. All handicap were taken.

Loved the location and the feel of the hotel

The air quality in the room was terrible - so hard to breathe properly. I have asthma so felt like I was gasping for air because the fan did not help.

Location

The limit of people can have a breakfast. We booked the room for a family of 4, breakfast included. When we came to restaurant it appeared only maximum two people are allowed to have breakfast. So, it was always question either kids have it or parents.

Great location for staying in the South Bay, right next to a very good Vietnamese restaurant and across the street from shops and a Peets coffee. Very good value for the money for Silicon Valley. Hotel a bit dated, but overall not bad. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town and want to visit my friends in the South Bay.

Not really particular, please try to have some Asian breakfast as one of the items daily.
