The hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the breakfast. The staff were polite. Having a small kitchen in the room was also very convenient for us.

Having the check-in time at 4 PM is incredibly late. I, along with many others, came for the Metallica concert, and I think this check-in time is just too late. I definitely didn’t like that. Also, the $100 deposit felt excessive. We had already paid for the hotel, so having to pay an extra $100 was not something I appreciated.

The property is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is exceptional, offering different options each day. What I loved most was the size of the room, pretty big and beautiful. During my stay with my daughter, I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a kettle for warming water, a microwave, a refrigerator, and other necessities. If you’re a parent traveling with kids, I would 100% recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved everything; there was nothing I disliked.

It is a hidden gem in Cupertino. They had a bowl of sweets at the reception to welcome guests. The place felt secured since the entry/exit doors are key card operated. The parking is free and there were enough parking space for guests. Location is also good, a lot of nearby restaurants. There is also a good selection of breakfast options. The hallways were pristine. Our room was clean, especially the bathroom. Ample towels were provided. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep soundly. Water pressure and temperature were good, you'll enjoy taking a shower. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, unlike other hotels where you will be disappointed when you see the actual room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The toiletries in the bathroom were not refilled. No eggs for breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had a huge assortment, like scrambled eggs, bacon, toast station, fresh fruits, cereals, etc. The room was perfect. Large comfortable king bed, with enough room for suitcases. The bathroom was nice with both tub and shower. Room was also equipped with a small coffee maker an kettle.

Staff at front counter seemed reluctant to engage with guests and didn't have much experience or suggestions for the types of activities we were interested in, like hiking. They were very quiet, but did assist when we had to phone down for towels one night.

Super friendly and helpful staff at reception. Nice modern and spacious room with comfortable bed and bedding. Very good breakfast with lots of healthful options - including proteins, vegetables and fresh fruits. Not just junk food cereal and unripe bananas like many hotels with "free breakfast" provide!

The air conditioning didn't work very well in my room. However, this was probably only a factor in my specific room as they have central air conditioning (which is nice and better than the noisy in-room units). It worked but wasn't very strong but it wasn't bad enough for me to complain or ask to move rooms.

We came to the area for a Saratoga Springs Wedding event. This newly refurbished hotel next to the Cupertino Apple Campus is awesome and a great value. The hotel team were very helpful, parking was easy and free and the rooms were fairly large, clean, and cool. The included breakfast buffet was plentiful with many great choices including fruit, hot dishes including usual egg dishes, some Chinese foods, hot potatoes and vegetables, cheeses and meats, yoghurts, hot and cold drinks, and more. There was also many take and go items that made it easy for those in a rush. A real nice touch was for those staying three of more nights, they had a gift basket with some tasty treats. It was great not to have to pay for water bottles or other items that many hotels charge extra for. Wifi worked well, and great selection on the TV. All in All, I highly recommend this location and accommodations.

I admired the entry to the property with hedge (green screen) at street with plentiful parking area for check in. The lobby did suggest the property was older and a little dated, however, I found it to be clean, efficient, well maintained with the most professional and gracious staff. I received a larger room at no additional charge, what an unexpected treat! I found attention to detail everywhere I looked, from tasteful carpeting, quality plumbing fixtures, door handle hardware, heavy doors, cool thermostat for cooling system that worked beautifully, bedroom furniture, photographic artwork on the walls. Last but not least the breakfast they provided was wonderful. So well done, who could ask for more? Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

Evening street noise was minimal but Saturday morning brought some serious mechanical / turbine sound that I hope was temporary. There were small damaged areas to the wall paint in the bedroom and vanity that need to be done correctly. It looked like someone tried to patch the blemished areas with non matching paint in a childlike manner. Left vanity bulb was out as well.

Parking was convenient. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety of foods; would like to see whole wheat bagels! Nice cultural mix of foods with rice for breakfast! Convenient check out.

Following are suggestions only: Decaffeinated tea in room would have been nice. I brought utensils for food but it would have been nice to have 2 sets of utensils and plates near the microwave and refrigerator. Also if remodeling sink would have been great in the mini kitchen area.

The location is great with many great restaurants and public transportation available in all directions. The hotel rooms are big, renovated and beds are comfortable. Rooms are very quiet, and you can't hear your neighbors which is very rare today in most hotels. The breakfast had some good and fresh options. You can't beat the price for such hotel.

While we loved most of the breakfast, I wish the oatmeal was prepared so it could actually be eaten. My child wanted to eat oatmeal, but it was not made well.
