I got surprised with an extra suite. The sink and bathroom counter was so beautiful and classy. I took a hot bath first thing and the water was scorching hot. I especially loved the vending machines right outside my door with the Diet Coke, I had two. It was quiet and parties are not permitted. The other guests were respectful. Breakfast was as usually good being Quality Inn but they even had tater tots. It was especially nice to relax in the cool AC and clean bed after a long adventure through the Bay Area. I felt refreshed and ready for the journey home. Two thumbs up. I’ll be back.

Quality of service and cleaners up to the point that bed bugs invaded my bed and messed up my legs other than that place is good respectful and quality personnel

I did not appreciate getting bitten by bed bugs and fleas from people who had their pets there tore up my feet my legs real bad had to go to the hospital and getting medication but other than that it was a good place to stay

The male clerk that assisted me on Sunday however, was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. Also, the continental breakfast was nice as well.

The bath tub had not been cleaned after the previous customer. When I got ready to shower there were long strands of burgundy hair in the tub! My hair is salt & pepper therefore it obviously belonged to someone else. And I rented the room by myself. In addition, the female clerk that assisted me upon arrival and checked in was very attitudinal, unfriendly. I was reading the form she gave me to sign. She started pulling it away from me in the interim. So, I asked her do you mind? I was reading that. She scowled at me as if I was wasting her time. I did not care for her foul disposition at all.

Expected my worse after reading reviews, in reality clean, odor free, comfy bed, decent breakfast, spacious parking. No issues whatsoever. Stayed 3 nights for a concert weekend and was super happy with my choice. Good value. Extra bonus - bus 57 to Levi’s stadium stops just around the corner.

The hotel is excellent the the beds were comfy everything was great. We would like to give you five stars out of five stars awesome place we will definitely be back.

The breakfast was good, a basic menu, but it tasted good and was quick and easy. The location was close to bike trails that connected to the bay trail which was well maintained and has a natural beauty that was very relaxing. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Lacks some of the basic amenities such as a pool, gym or game roon, but rhe price compensated for that.

The man Mr. Juan was a great customer service and very polite, respectful to my best friend Lorraine & l. I think we stayed at 263, not sure,lol. You need a man like Juan to work for your company. Thank you for your service and time.

The staff was very professional cleaning and the room spacious the breakfast was okay could have been better but for breakfast

The room was really big i didnt know getting 2 beds would give us two different rooms. Its like a little apartment the kitchen has its own door and everything. The staff was also helpful with a misunderstanding about my payment and gave me a refund.

the bed was comfortable and the room was big and we liked having the couch in the room, it was a big plus. a nice sized mini fridge was great for our snacks. and they had a decent breakfast which is a big plus .

the bathroom was out dated, we had to go get a plunger because the toilet kept getting clogged. The bath tub couldn't hold water for a bath. there was a bath plug in there but it didn't fit at all so it was pointless.
