The staff. They make it easy to check-in and even easier to enjoy a regular stay without feeling like a burden. The vending machines have came in handy not once but twice! My biggest take-away has been the fact that I have two large service dogs and they haven’t been discriminated against.

Honestly just the little dirt marks and scuffs on the inside of the bedroom door, nothing major. I’m a total neat-freak but I can’t expect a motel to look like my home. Overall I am satisfied and I feel welcomed.

The heated pool, I stayed 2 different times, the first time, I had a deluxe room and its location was better than the second time I stays 1 night.

This place just changed brand names, but they painted a little outside so it looks nice!

The bed was a little uncomfortable, the bed kinda felt a little broken lol and the water pressure is crazy!! But it was okay !

Great location 4 miles from levi stadium. 5.5 miles from alviso park.

There was a crazy person yelling loudly starting around 6am . She was not a guest at hotel but was parked on the outside of property we could still hear her in our hotel room

The WiFi was terrible. Very spotty and it wasn’t my devices as WiFi was great everywhere else I went too.

Perfect location..staff was great...had to get room upstairs which us hard for me and my knees..but worked out ok.

The front desk hostess who helped us was very kind and didn’t break her smile when assisting us. She was very friendly and the gentleman host was just as kind while checking us in. It was a smooth transaction. The AC was fierce and we enjoyed it.

There was a man smoking weed near our room so it kinda seeped through but not too intense. The bathtub had some brown stains and there was wall chippings on the floor. But overall, the room was nice. The manager man could be a little bit more friendly when giving instructions. He seemed bothered but it could be because it was late at night. He probably had a long day as did we.

Not nearby a Highway. That's why it's not as likely of a car theft to steal a car car such as my car and hit the Highway to make a quick get away. Motels, Inns and Hotels near Highways are a risk of customers cars being stolen from their parking lots.

Ahhh. Fresh sheets like a Spring morning. Wish I could live in that spotless bathroom

That. I couldn't stay longer! What a life affirming experience!

Comfortable, great price, staff was great.

No fridge or microwave but other than that great experience.
