Breakfast is plain. Nothing special. If you can come up with something a bit special as an add-on, maybe more attractive, although, it’s really not that critical. Just something more “customer experience “ to make you stand out vs competition.

One button in the right elevator is missing. This should have not happened in the class of your hotel ! It’s the door closing button in the right elevator.

Fantastic breakfast, loved the breakfast sandwiches and quiche (flavors vary each day). Loved the iced coffee and option of oat milk or soy! No complaints about the room. Receptionist when I checked in was very friendly. In the evening you can sometimes smell people cooking their dinner when walking to your room, but I could not smell anything in my room, so it was fine!

Room was clean and spacious, with a great setup of the desk (not shoved up against the wall like other hotels). Breakfast was quite good compared to normal hotel continental breakfasts. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and close to some nice trails.

The hotel is right next to the highway, so some noise in the outside area by the pool.

It was very clean and bed was comfortable also friendly staff they were amazing

The breakfast was not cool for me they really need to add some bacon and sausage not just the little ham that was on the breakfast sandwich and maybe some fresh fruit apples oranges and bananas but I guess it was continental style so just my opinion

Everything was great. The rooms were very comfortable, the fitness center small but nice and the pool area was maintained.

The only thing that could’ve made it better was if all the elevators were in service. We’d have to wait long for the elevator every time we were going anywhere.

Everything was great! The pool and warm jacuzzi on windy day is wonderful. I was happy to have kitchen in my room cause me and my husband are vegetarians and like to cook at home 🥰👍🏻 The stuff is lovely and sweet 👍🏻 Thank you so much! Hope to stay with again in future!

I've stayed at this hotel many times and I have to say that the staff have always been exceptional. Other than that the location is also good with many places to eat close by.

The breakfast was limited but ok. I am only speaking from the point of view of the hot food. The cold options looked good. I did like the premade options that are now provided, but only having two to choose from plus scrambled eggs or a waffle felt limiting.

quiet and clean rooms. very spacious facilities. great breakfast. would definitely stay here again.

it is very difficult to open the doors to the rooms. you have to lift up on the handle instead of down. would have liked to have some lotion and a shower cap in the rooms.

Have stayed at Inn several times and have always been pleased with the facility, staff and value. I am a Stanford patient and the relative closeness and cost and value brings me back.

The front desk and the staff are top level at thier job. All shifts and all staff are great. I think I even spoke with the manager as well and they are incredible. I been here for about 1 month or so and they are consistent. I highly recommend.
