I’ve booked the Best Western Plus Garden Court Inn in Fremont countless times. It’s centrally located in the Bay Area, close to shops and amenities, and has a small fitness room — everything I need for a comfortable stay. When I need a hotel, I don’t even search anymore; I just book here. The staff is always helpful and responsive. On one occasion, there was excessive noise coming from the pool area, and the guests were being quite rude. Fortunately, the front desk staff — especially the lady on duty — handled the situation persistently and resolved it quickly. I also once had an issue with my room, and they switched me to another one immediately without any hassle. Overall, this place feels like a comfort zone for me when I need a reliable stay in the area.

The fitness room could be improved, but as it is it was good enough for me.

The time with my husband and the peace and quiet from the kids....we have been together 19yrs and we never get to get a vacation just me and him and it was the best... My favorite part was the breakfast...i miss that yummy breakfast.... It kept us full for most of the day.... The best....

I didn't like the fact that it says hot tub and heated pool when that was the two main things i was was trying to find in a hotel when wen chose our hotel but their pool was super cold and the hot tub wasn't hot it was just warm and on top of that when we turned on the jets.... Bubbles started to fill the hot tub.. so someone must have put soap or something in the hot tub for some stupid reason...so we told the front desk and they had to shut down the hot tub and drain it and then clean it and then refill it ...and by that time our stay was over.....

We were here for a surgical procedure at Washington Hospital, and it was great to be so closely located. This motel was good in every way mentioned above, and we will stay here when next we return. Our handicapped room was perfect for the walker, and the walk-in shower also. Loved the outdoor space and the very-secure grounds. Tasty breakfast options too.

Absolutely no complaints.

Location was critical for us as I had surgery at Washington Health, a mile away. It's lovely, staff wonderful, room perfect. Breakfast selections abundant and good. Swimming pool looks inviting; we couldn't use it but it looks great. Fitness center well equipped and clean. Give this an A+

Nothing really

The bed was to hard and my sliding glass door didn't lock and my phone wouldn't let me call other rooms.no ice machine for handicap people no handicapped parking, being rushed to check out no towels at the pool And no towel refresh and not being able to check in until 3pm

Good location. Good breakfast very clean. Staff was accommodating. Walking distance to restaurant.

They upped the price and unfortunately medical conditions have to stay there a timer or two more Plus I was told that we would get our receipt from bookings question and we never did. I don’t understand why they couldn’t give me a receipt.

Rooms are a decent size and we have everything we need (2nd stay in about 14 months :-)) the fridge is really useful. We stocked up and ate lunches on the balcony watching the squirrels play by the poolside. Nice to have access to a small gym. Breakfast is basic but appreciated. The kitchen staff are really happy and friendly.

The floor of the hotel room was filthy. I didn’t notice until we looked at the underneath of our feet to find them thick was black grime. Best to bring some slippers or slides next time :-) Would be cool if the gym opened at 5am for the early birds.

This Best Western was very great. The woman...Erica??... who helped me check in was absolutely amazing! She's the best! So warm, welcoming, helpful, friendly! Couldn't say enough good things about her. My room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Location, good breakfast, comfy rooms, and beautiful pool area.

Some of the room items weren’t there as expected…lotion and body wash in the shower. The bars of soap work although it’s not preferred. Otherwise it was good.

Breakfast was decent , location there is lot of shopping places walkable from hotel

had a weird smell when we checked in , inspite of requesting to keep rooms on same floor we did get one room on different floor and front desk just told us the hotel was full
