The staff is attentive, as well as accommodating. It's nice to have a laundry facility on-site, I've been on an extended business trip and working crazy hours, so it's been a huge convenience to have 24-hour access to a washing machine. Although I miss my home, it's been the next best thing to it. One last thing, maybe two; it's literally located right next to a McDonald's, a tea place, and a few eateries; freeway access was the greatest attribute for me, it's a minute from 880, and about 10-15 minutes to 237. This place is good enough for me to recommend to my mother, she wouldn't have anything to complain about.

I wish there was a way to stay longer without concerning the property about someone attempting to establish residency.

Excellent hotel. I did not even expect it. We were given a very clean room. There was everything listed on the website. and shower gel and shampoo and a coffee maker, etc. We booked in advance. We asked for a quiet room to get a good night's sleep, since we came to the Regional Congress of Jehovah's Witnesses and wanted to come there cheerful and listen attentively to the program. Our wishes were fulfilled. Thanks to the staff

I liked everything. The only thing is that the hotel territory is not very attractive. If only they would plant palm trees and flowers. put hammocks

Checking in was quick and easy. I got a ground floor room near my parking spot which I really appreciate. The bed, shower, TV, and lighting were great. The wifi was excellent. The AC was broken but in a good way. It was stuck on Automatic Cool which kept the room chilled. During the Summer is fine but if it was Winter it would be unbearable.

The wash sink may have a clog. It drained slowly. To me, it wasn't a major problem. No Cartoon Network.

The bed, bathroom, shower, and lighting were great. The TV, WiFi, and AC was excellent. The refrigerator was good but did not freeze well. My ice cream melted. I was offered a ground floor room close to my parking space.

A fair amount of restaurants (McDonalds, Subway, Asian cuisine) nearby but no grocery stores. That is fine if I was staying two days but not economical for half a week or longer.

Very good location for working in Fremont. The grounds were nice and well-kept. The pool looked clean, although I didn’t swim.

Nothing that I really disliked. The Wi-Fi was very slow at times, but it was intermittent. Other times it worked just fine.

Limited cable channels. No Cartoon Network but not a serious issue. The shower was fine but more water seemed to come out of the faucet then the head. Restaurants nearby but except for McDonald's, there pricey.

The staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. It was way more than I had expected. The icing on the cake was a support chair made available for elderly. I found that to be a very thoughtful and inclusive aspect

The room appeared to have been recently remodeled with new paint, fixtures, furniture and bed. It had a bathtub, which I appreciate because sometimes I prefer to just soak in a tub full of water.

The overall facility was dirty. The elevator was disgusting and smelled of urine. Everything and everywhere (outside of my room) looked like it hadn't been swept, mopped or wiped in years.

I love this place it was perfect for our stay the lady at the desk let us stay at the pool a little longer after check out for the kids to play a little longer before the parents were all ready for the drive ahead thank you so much for that! definitely stay here again every thing is 5-10 minutes away

that the hot tub had a plant in it

room was clean good location easy to get to San Francisco and Santa Cruz

extractor fan in bathroom was to loud when you put the light on so if you had to use the bathroom in the night you had to put the light in the room on no hair dryer
