The location of the property is nice. It’s within driving distance of great stores and the freeway entrance is right around the corner. And the rooms were clean they could just use a more deep clean. The coffee was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. They provided ice because the machines were down for cleaning. The breakfast, mainly the waffles, smelled divine.

The carpets look like they’ve never been cleaned. And they say you get a free breakfast but made it a point to let you know it was for 2 adults ONLY. Not great when traveling as a family. There was a pool but it was over run by mosquitoes.

Very nice room, although no handicapped was available, it was no problem. The elevator was helpful so we didn't need to use the stairs. Nice breakfast, adequate for traveling.

The breakfast variety was adequate but not always the same quality. The waffles were a nice addition and the hard boiled eggs were good. The bagels and bread were good. The cereals and fruit were good some days, others not so much. The coffee was always good. Many thanks to the nice attendant who managed the breakfast.

The rooms are always well maintained.

This time, I thought I ordered the same size room I did last time, the king suite (301), but this time we got 109. Alot smaller but still comfy. There was a broken door that covered the refrigerator, and my son fell in the bathroom with socks on. So it's super slippery, but he was fine. The room was fine. Next time, I'll just try and request the specific room. We come often. I know that 301 size room fits my special needs family well.

Clean and quiet is my goal when staying at hotel/motels during travel. La Quinta Fremont was very clean and quiet. We only heard one other guest once. Staff were friendly. We would stay again.

We are familiar with free continental breakfasts so don’t expect a lot but sadly this was the one downside. There was batter for waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast and one variety of cereal but absolutely no fruit or yogurt. There should have been fruit.

The room was comfortable and spacious. There were issues with the air conditioning/heater unit, which was taken care of, but it took over an hour to fix.

When I first got to the room, the door was bolted shut but I could open it enough to see someone else was in the room. I returned to the front desk to get another room and were they surprised because no one was supposed to be in the room. They gave me another room on the same floor. Walking to my new room, I saw 2 employees at the first room door knocking and then opening the door. It was unbolted and whoever was in there was gone. That individual left a disgusting mess. One of the two said the refrigerator would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, this experience left me uneasy about this facility's security.

The bed was super comfortable and there were four pillows instead of two. The room was clean and comfortable.

My card key to get in would not work correctly, so a maid had to help me. I did get them replaced, but getting the new one to work was difficult, though I did finally get it to work! Also, all the outlets around the desk area did not work, and I couldn't figure out why.

Good location for food options. Easy access to the highway. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of service. We haven’t had breakfast yet but are excited to have it as on option. All staff that we interacted with were kind and professional

Everything was great, with minimal issue. We realized late in the evening that the tub wasn’t draining. With the lateness, and since it wasn’t an emergency, it wasn’t fixed until the morning. Since we only stayed one night this was a little of an inconvenience. But not the end of the world

Location was great for our needs. Staff was extremely helpful in sorting out any issues we encountered.

Older and somewhat dated. There were some issues with room assignments and maintenance issues. Hot tub wasn’t working. Biggest complaint is that the toilets are lower than the bathtub!! We about killed ourselves! I couldn’t accept the disability room that I booked because of allergies to animal hair, and the disabled rooms are all on the pet floor, which makes sense but there should be some accommodation for those with disabilities and allergies!

The HVAC system thermostat readout did not work. One light in a lamp was burned out. The doors to the bathroom were shoddily screwed onto the door jams. The breakfast was decent, but lacked meat like bacon or sausage that I've had at other La Quinta Inns in the past.

The reception is very friendly and polite. The cafeteria workers are super friendly and breakfast was delicious. The only thing I can say is thank you very much for all your great work. Maria H.
