I came with three of my friends and we all enjoyed our stay. We booked this accommodation as it was nearby the Oakland Arena as we attended a concert over two nights. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking to Anthony after our concerts. He was very friendly and professional, as we were the ladies behind the desk during the day. Our beds were comfortable, experienced no issues in the bathroom, the air-conditioning worked well and we all felt safe during our stay as female travelers.

No issue with anything.

Good location. The room space is very ample. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There are laundry and dryer machines, which are very convenient for long-term travel. The breakfast is quite good, with delicious pancakes and excellent coffee.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy.

It was super clean and the parking was free. They lock the doors at night so it feels extra safe and it was fairly easy to navigate.

My singular only complaint is that it is on a main road that has a lot of traffic even at night so it got pretty noisy and the windows didn’t do anything to muffle it at all.

I loved the location, it was convenient . Breakfast was good and lots of food options around. Close to grocery stores as well and it was quiet at night.

I cannot say that anything could have been better. Staff was amazing the night that we went on the third. I would go again just because I was treated so kindly!

Great breakfast comfortable beds, spacious room.

It may not be related to Hotel but there was a lady shouting in the corridor at 3:30 am. Probably she started the fire alarm we woke up the second time around 4 am, and the alarm light was flushing and the siren was loud. It stopped after one minute. And we managed to sleep.

Outside property management was nice, inside was clean, staff were welcoming, building was in great condition inside, hallways were clean and clear, room was in great condition, bathroom was clean and stocked with all supplies.

The room did need some dusting but that was it.

Flight got in at 1 am. Hotel desk clerk was friendly even at that hour!!! He explained how to extend my stay!!! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and kept area clean. Kudos to the staff!!!

The property was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The staff were definitely the shining stars here though, everyone was so kind. This was ultimately the most important part of my stay.

Honestly, I liked everything about the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Basic Hampton Inn, not luxurious, but pretty nice for the price point. the property is clean and well maintained the pool is also clean and well maintained tasty breakfast was included the staff from front desk to service to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the people working at this hotel!

I would like the exercise room to have weights, but otherwise very little to criticize

upon arrival you are greeted by kind and helpful staff. the rooms are great size and the beds are very comfortable. you have TV, microwave, and a mini fridge in your room which was super nice. The complimentary breakfast is SO GOOD and they have so many options. they have parking and 24 hour surveillance and a security guard who walks around the property at nights.

the pool didn’t have a jacuzzi.
