The room and the view

The breakfast was not as advertised. Breakfast buffet? Not even. Nothing was fresh, no hot food, only packaged products. I chose to go to Denny’s.

Nice breakfast; room was clean.

When I checked in, I was told there was an $18. per day parking fee. I did not see this information on the Booking.com website. I may not have chosen this stay as other hotels offer free parking.

Very nice Ambiente. We had some trouble with our credit card because of the deposit. Our card was blocked for some reason but thats not the hotel to blame. The hotel personnel handled the situation very well even after we had to make some calls on the reception phone and check if the card was working again. Also the room was very clean, which was very appreciated.

The only thing was the breakfast. It wasnt really much and quite simple. For an American it was probably enough to choose from. Some Belgian waffles, jelly, fruits (nice!), juice (very sweet) but some toast and maybe a little cheese and meat was missing. But i have seen much worse. Also the airport nearby has some planes taking off and landing in the night which was noticeable but didnt really bother me personally.

I have been charged once by your site and then again at the hotel. Can you correct this? No USB chargers. Not enough electrical outlets. They were all used.

Having to pay for parking. They changed their breakfast to basically a packaged continental breakfast.

The property and the room is very nice and clean. It also has a very nice bath tube. The staff was nice. The breakfast that is provided was really nice. The area around looks good, located in the Marina, just a few steps away from the Bay, and very close to a few restaurants.

The WiFi, supposedly fast, was utter crap and unusable. I could barely detect the signal from my room, let alone properly use it... Also, I thought that the parking was included with the hotel room. I had to pay 18$ to park my car for one night... That is quite expensive especially since there seem to be a lot of space nearby.

Location close to the park and some restaurants. There's a heated pool and jacuzzi (thou the jets were not working during the time we stayed, but it was heated, so i still get to enjoy soaking after a very long day). The staff are very nice and it was very easy to check in and out, very attentive to our needs. For the price we got more than we expected. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and towels. We will definitely go back!

Breakfast needs to improve, I stayed with cheaper hotels with better breakfast. At least maybe throw in a little bit of protein like a sausage or even an omelet. The only protein available was a hard-boiled egg.

I would be honest I was impressed by the cleaniness. It was clean and I loveddd the natural room lighting. I got lucky with a room that had a view and wow it was perfect! I got a king room and the bed was clean nothing was disturbing.

I would suggest more breakfast options. I was surprised by the small choices to eat from.. Being waffles and boiled egg and oatmeal as the main course.. Yes, the waffle machines were nice but for the price paid for the stay, I feel as if breakfast should've been more varied.

Great location; close to airport, is within walking distance of a lovely park and restaurants; easy drive to interstates going to SF and Tiburon. We got a great deal on the booking; was a clean, spacious room, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were open even in Nov; staff was exceptional; they include a breakfast; there was a huge parking lot and we weren’t worried about our car getting broken into; there is a shuttle; and it’s near a pleasant neighborhood and lots of familiar retailers. We were also able to reserve a play pen. And also you can rent bikes for free.

Nothing - we were very satisfied with our visit.
