When I checked in it was late and I was tired the young lady who helped me was the best. I never got her name I only know she was from Nepal. She was helpful and pleasant she reminded me of when people were decent to each other. She was an absolute blessing. The young lady is a true asset to your company!

The area was bad and dirty. The worst part was when I arrived to check-in there was a couple of people in front of the doors smoking weed and I felt something should be done about it also you could smell it in the hallway at night. That was truly the only bad thing that happened. The other thing was minor the people across the the hall were noisy but it never lasted for long.

The unappealing campers that were along the street in front of the hotel with all kinds of trash and such was horrible for them to have to deal with BUT it’s ALL been cleaned up and moved away so the street has appeal again and the hotel doesn’t seem to be trashy type now.

No complaints. They have come a long way and making good progress. However the elevator causes some anxiety because it is far overdue for the upgrade

My husband and I stayed the week. The room was a very good price and the rooms are comfortable. I love that they take the security seriously they not only have a fenced parking lot but a security that checks you in and out of the property at night to make sure everything is safe.

I did have a small clogged toilet issue but it was solved quickly and easily.

Everyday same stuff for breakfast and limited varieties of food. Hope it provides choices of food. Relatively most of the staff members are good. But few were unconsidered.

Super convenient price, walking distance from the Coliseum, near the airport. Perfect wifi and cleaness, water and coffee available 24 hrs at the main lobby.

Lots of homeless outside, but if you don't bother them they don't bother you. Breakfast room very crowded, few tables all taken, almost not even room for standing.

Homeless camps right in front on sidewalk, breakfast was not out and ready, have never been to a hotel that includes breakfast that threatens charging if you take any breakfast items out of breakfast area, many people like eating in their room. Hot tub was broken. Took a week to get incidental fees back

Great location, property is secure and safe. Very clean nice room and all for a really good price will stay here when in town.

Everything was good, could use a continental breakfast but for the great price of the room I have no problem buying breakfast near by.

The bed was comfortable and clean for sure! Renovated 3rd floor rooms was a really nice change. Hot Breakfast thumbs up! Staff and security were really nice and helpful!

My stay was overall great! Just one thing durring my stay, shuttle service was down. I had to find my own ride to the Hotel and back to the airport.

The in-room coffee machine provided pours directly into a fragile plastic disposable cup -designed that way-which was at first a little confusing. I was looking around for a non-existent coffee pot😖! Anyway, that is all about that!

Location is sketchy but the hotel is gated and have security over night.so i felt safe in the hotel.
