The vending machine. Everything is fine but then the vending machine got to me somehow. Especially the part where I got charged even when the vending machine ran out of the dr.pepper soda was a big debbie downer.

I just wish customers would get refunded somehow from the vending machines when buying a soda and the sofa is out of stock but somehow we(the customers still get charged after not getting anything because the soda is out of stock) is just a big downer and very memorable even getting all the amenities that you paid for.

The room itself was very comfortable, and well appointed. Large TV, 4 pillows, firm mattreess, very clean. Large openable windows, quiet area. Bus from airport and to BART is at the front door and runs frequently.

The public areas are rundown, there is no food in the building or within easy walking distance, particularly at night. There was a sign in the lobby saying that the HVAC system was not working. I got the sense that this is a permanent situation so be sure to confirm on the phone before booking during summer.

The Faculty was very nice and attentive, the room was very clean and comfortable and alot of parking.

We did not like the fact that the bathroom did not have a bathroom fan to circulate the bathroom when we would finish showering so the steam would not linger so much .

it was quick to check in. the front desk person was friendly and answered any question i had. the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

that there was not onsite facilities for laundry. not being from the area. i had no idea what to expect. so i had to pick one of the laundromats randomly. that would have to be my only real complaint.

Love the location, the view (you can see the runway from.the North side of the building, and all of Oakland) and I love you get an awesome room- fit for a king- for a great price... Just wish the restaurant was open- you should hire me and let me run it... :-)

Elevators are a little scary, but im.sure they are safe.. :-)

Rooms and location just by the airport was very convenient. Price per night was a plus . Rooms were clean , bed was super comfortable.

Information on booking sites are not up to date and did not note that shuttle is no longer available, and the on site restaurant is also closed.

Rate, room was comfortable. No noise. Armed security.

1) Rif Raf in lobby, running in and out. I don't mean bums or homeless. You could tell that the hooded teenagers did not have the best intentions when coming and going. 2) This website should be updated it claims parking $8, I was charged $10

i like that a lot/ few of the rooms seem to have balconies, if you’re coming for a quick weekend stay it’s great for the price. The kitchen cooks really well. This property does Only have one elevator - which i will say/ mention… that’s the only thing ab the place that’s different

i didn’t dislike anything. well i suggest two sets of towels in the hotel rooms. I’ve stayed twice and only have had one set and i book as a couple/ 2 ppl stay. Also the front desk did not have toothbrushes ? but i didn’t dislike anything

The accommodations, my bed and mattress and how quiet my room was from any interior noise. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, polite and accommodating.

The smell of marijuana the moment I entered and excited the hotel and in the elevator. Also, only one elevator worked for the 3 nights that I stayed at the hotel. Lastly, when I set up a wake up call for a specific time before I went to bed, I finally received a call more than a half hour after my request.

I liked the friendly service, the hot water that doesn’t burn u, however, doesn’t run out fast either. It’s a good shower. Rooms are quiet, no one bothers you. Payment is easy and it’s the cleanest rooms this side of the Mississippi.

I haven’t a single complaint.
