The property is 5 minutes from Oakland Airport but not under the flight path. The rooms were large with a small kitchen, no coffee pot as they serve breakfast. I had an early flight so I checked out before it started.

My only complaint would be the bed was firmer than I like and the pillows were flat but I always travel with my own so it was fine!

No bowls for oatmeal. The only thing available was blueberry muffins and oatmeal. There was no bowl for the oatmeal. When I asked at the desk l was told people stole all the bowls. The TV in the breakfast room doesn't work. No uncaffeinated tea. Nothing else available. No fruit nothing and I was there before 8.

The location can't be beat. However, I arrived after dark and the location was difficult to find in the dark. Perhaps a sign on Harbor Bay Parkway would help.

Everything was adequate. I did not spend much time at the motel, so it was satisfactory for my needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Just the location was not near any stores or anything, kinda sucky for people with no car. But overall a great stay.

Very comfortable and had a clean room. The dishes and toaster and other household items made it convenient to cook instead of having to eat take out. I had to relocate due to issues in my apartment and this really made it super easy

The key card had to be reset daily and sometimes more than once in a day. The fridge didn't get real cold. Other than those minor things the time I spent there was pretty much relaxed and easy.

Over all great place to stay

I didn't like that my car was stolen on 2-9-2024 from the parking lot no outside security or cameras and they let the people who stole my car stay there

Good sized room. Room was clean. Property is well located for our needs. The bed is comfortable. Shower water pressure is good. Front desk will provide fresh towels on request. Like the in room kitchen & the price is really good.

Smell of pot in the elevator & halls.

I was delighted with the convenience and quality of the accommodations at Extended Stay America Suites. The staff there were courteous, helpful, and highly professional in every respect.

The parking lot was pretty dirty not necessarily the staff fault from people littering, the problem is maintenance wasn’t cleaning it up.

I liked the price and location

I didn't like the fact the elevator was out of order and I had to use stairs with a bad knee. No coffee pot in the room either.
