I liked the price of prkg,great location from the venue I wanted to attend,Room very clean ,nice quaint fitness room, good breakfast which came along with the price of the room. I had a problem with the settings on the TV made a call the front desk and within seconds the maintenance man was knocking on the door to take care of it 👍🏿 There's a very sweet Mixologist "Nyonnie " served up a couple of great drinks, and the young Chef hooked up a great steak👍🏿 Is a nice walking area to get some exercise and fresh air on the back side of the hotel facing the lake. I had a nice easy check in with Catherine and she made my departure quick and easy also, Catherine is very nice and professional I appreciate her.

N/A I surprised my own self because I have passed by this hotel for many years and finally had to stay there and it was great I slept on it not anymore👌🏿

We had 4 rooms reserved over 4th of July weekend for a home base while visiting from out of town. It worked perfectly for our needs, and we even could see some fireworks from our room. We played board games on the hallway table and had the best time. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The balconies were awesome. The friendly staff helped us with everything we needed and made sure our rooms were close together. Exceptional service and hotel.

Some of the hotel guests were quite noisy, late at night. And there was some very odd smells.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful. The breakfast has alot of variety and was yum.

We had little ants crawling in two different spots. (Room 256) Staff was VERY responsive in sending the building engineer up promptly to exterminate the problem and cleaning staff tidied up the room not long after. (Hated the ants but LOVED the prompt response)

it seemed to be an older room but kept very clean. It had a comfortable feel. Enrique was very informative, and his choice for dinner was spot on. z the best area but not the worst. they had a short open walk path a long the water and a couple docks, wish I would have packed a pole. Did I mention they had a couple nice picnic tables but beware of all the ducks and ducklings. all in all, great place , good staff easy access any direction.

the restaurant was closed, no staff to run it and same with the bar. would have been nice not to have to go somewhere else. by the way, if you're a bartender, they need one.

Everything was great, including the area around it. It is in a world of its own- the views of the waterfront are fantastic, and the resort is perfect. I felt totally safe, day or night- not a homeless person in sight! This is one of the best stays I have ever had; it just felt very “comfortable”. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! My expectations were blown away! I was hesitant to stay near Oakland, but this area is definitely NOT “Oakland”.

I always book a King water view room with a balcony if possible. The baseball cut steak dinner is my "Go To" when I stay here!

Having the bartender and the other lady working at the end of the bar was a little disruptive because they talk to each other about everything and they talk loud! Trying to sit at the bar to enjoy dinner and a drink while watching a game is tough when they are engaged. Other than that it is good!

The room was spacious. parking super convenient. staff very nice. water bottle filling station was well placed! Breakfast for kids was good - cereals and waffles, kid friendly eggs.

the room was not super clean... chair at desk was not clean. The window was really dirty. Breakfast is a little depressing: second day there was no oatmeal for older people. First day eggs were layered with cheese - not an older person option. No veggies. very limited fruit.

Nice and comfortable room, very comfortable large kingsize bed with a hard mattress, balcony with a nice view, nice large TV with a good selection of movie channels, professional staff, good Mexican food truck right in front of the hotel, jacuzzi and pool available, fridge in the room, dinner options, breakfast included!

Bathroom pretty oldschool, uncomfortable shower, no Smart-TV, too expensive for what's being offered...

What truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service we received when we requested a quieter room to celebrate our anniversary. Luis and Nina, the staff members we dealt with, went above and beyond to accommodate our request. For a reasonable extra charge, we were given a charming and romantic room on the river side, making our anniversary celebration all the more special. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. Overall, our stay at the Executive Inn & Suites was a memorable and enjoyable experience, thanks in large part to the attentive staff, clean accommodations, and the extra effort made to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Luis O and Miguel were amazing with their professionalism and kindness. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. In general, everyone was very polite and always smiling. Always with a greeting when encountering us either by the hall, dining area, or entrance. Will definitely be visiting again just on everyone's hospitality.
