It was in a good location in Alameda, across the river from Oakland, so not quite as dangerous a neighborhood. There were restaurants nearby, and since I was traveling by train, it's closeness to the rail connections was a big plus. The room's heating worked well (digital thermostat) and the bathroom was good.

I didn't use the breakfast, I was not told where it was. The room was very nice, everything worked, the lady from the front desk came and helped get the TV going and straightened the internet out. Also the complex was more quiet than I expected. I will stay there again.

I drive an F-250 pickup truck, and the parking spots are not wide enough for me.

Very convenient Alameda location close to 880 via the Tube. Walk to Starbucks, Peets next door. A great price, no frills, you just get what you pay for.

Really it’s about as good as you can expect and hope for but I feel much safer than staying in Oakland!!

The management always makes sure I am able to get the accommodations I need . Always asks how I am doing.

Sometimes people are in front of my door talking loud. Usually the people staying next to me. Nowadays it can be a problem to ask people to take their conversations somewhere else. So, if you're sensitive to that, try to concentrate on something else.

very close to everything. the front desk was very informative about what travelers could do/see locally. the room was clean and cheery. Its no nonsense . I felt safe as a female traveler, traveling alone Walking distance to Peets coffee :)

Really for less than $100, there’s nothing to complain about. This was my third stay here with a vehicle and it felt safe and secure.

It was cheap! Bare basics but clean and comfortable for a solo traveler. Peets Coffee in the same parking lot is a huge plus in the morning.
