Great view of the Marina. Plenty of walk/run trails. Really close to shopping needs: food, banking, and gas. The main strip was close and and had a lot of quite interesting shops and culturally diverse restaurants (Webster Street). Super friendly staff, and the walls were well insulated. The parking felt safe to use. The gym was clean and well maintained.

The Breakfast was just sad. Granola bars and coffee. No hot food or fruit. Not a breakfast. a vareity of clientel that made it feel a bit like a transient hotel. halls and elevators rendolent of the smell of marajuana. As this is a corprate situation, the laundry room cost twice as much to wash and almost x5 to dry as the local laundrymat.

Fabulous view of the marina and Oakland estuary...nice big table and 2 modern office chairs which made working in the room really easy and comfortable Nice size refrigerator, free parking, The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating !. Also a small but nice gym with great views. Perfect location near conveniences. Finally,- a good laundry facility which we used a couple of times (super convenient but $10/load). Overall, given the location we thought it was an excellent value, and would stay again.

The common areas are "well-worn" in general things could have been a tick cleaner, but nothing that offended. The water pressure in the shower was sadly lacking..Breakfast was packets of oatmeal and cellophane muffins and coffee - but that did not matter to us. I'd say the worst thing was the bed was not particularly comfortable - we usually stay at Marriotts and their beds are excellent, so we are used to that.

I think the continental breakfast is nice! It would be really good to have some orange or apple juice containers, like in hospitals. But I really like the choices of boiled egg, yogurt, the muffins, and bars! The orange is a nice touch as well!

The prices, kind of expensive, but I can't argue with the service! Room and building are pretty clean. I always see housekeeping working to keep the place clean. When ever there was a problem in my room, which was not too often, a quick call down to the front desk, and withing a very short period of time, someone was there to resolve the issue.

This is a clean comfortable hotel in a safe location that represents a great value in a good location. They have plenty of free secure parking and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for these attributes.

Probably because it is an extended stay concept you will not get things like in-room coffee, shampoo, plates and glasses (despite having a kitchen), etc. But if you bring your own for a longer stay you'll have absolutely everything you need and the pluses significantly outway these minor issues.

It was nice staying in Alameda—it looks like a safe and peaceful city. The double bedroom had a divider between the two beds, which improved privacy. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and a great value.

The parking spaces are a bit tight, and if you arrive late at night, there may not be many spots available.

Very clean, very friendly & informative at check in. Great location. Alameda is stunning. Feels like you're in Marin. I felt completely safe. I paid a very low price and expected the worse. I actually was pleasantly surprised. I like the fact that the room was empty & I had to request& pay more for extras. This was perfect for my stay.

No ice machines. There was a fridge with freezer that had ice trays however they were empty upon arrival.

It was a good location. Close to my daughters but also had restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed that it was on the bay.

Don’t remember anything wrong

We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

I’m not crazy about being video taped upon check-in or check out. It feels like a breach of privacy. I do not enjoy being photographed.

I like the friendly staff and the cleanliness. I am BIG on clean places. I have booked multiple stays here because of the high level of comfort I feel from how clean my room has always been.

I don’t like that there is such a slim choice of items to select for breakfast.

Location was private and quite

there was not a lot of staff when i checked in so when i requested for the pans and spatula, the receptionist asked me to pick them up because he was by himself. It was a not a big deal but more staffing would probably help them
