The hotel was well placed in Jack London Square and easy to get to. Very convenient location next to the ferry terminal! Plus lots of good restaurants and bars on the square. The room was clean and had a great view of the marina. We enjoyed a free daily drink in the bar and had breakfast one morning, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The walls were a bit thin and we could sometimes hear noises from the other rooms - mostly things like toilets flushing. The valet parking was a little pricey, although very convenient.

The staff were kind and helpful at the bar and at the valet. I loved the ceramic mugs for coffee in the room.

The hotel was cute and had a great view! It was very close to lots of restaurants and super convenient to the ferry! The front desk people were all amazing and very helpful with any questions that we had. They gave us good tips!

The hotel could use some cosmetic updating. But overall it was really great. The valets were a little weird. One told me that I couldn’t park in the front of the building to pick up my luggage from the front desk where it was being stored for me . He told me he would have to get a manager to approve that. It’s was my luggage, there was literally no alternative place to park and it was going to be for less than 5 minutes. And he did go get a manager and she was a little snippy about it too. It was weird!

The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed twice, once the night before our cruise, and once the day we returned from our cruise. We had taken a red eye and arrived in the morning exhausted. We were immediately allowed in our room which was so thoughtful. Fabulous location, clean, right on the water.

The property showed it's age but was still immaculately clean.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waitress was horrible. She was slow to wait on us and never returned to refill our coffee. After asking for a refill she brought me a “to go” cup??? Which I shared with my husband because she never offered to refill his cup. (My husband saw her on her cell phone when he passed by the kitchen.) We always tip our waitress, but for the first time ever, we did not leave a tip. 😞

The location is awesome. Walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants. Easy to get to the ferry to San Francisco. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel upgraded us to a room with a view. There is also a small but near saltwater pool which is wonderful .

The carpet was a bit worn out and stained in the room. The coffee table was also stained. They were minor inconveniences.

The staff was very friendly and felt genuine. Very helpful and great with suggestions about places to eat nearby! Very clean and quiet. Beds and pillows were one of the best👌 incredible rest. Great location, we got to visit great places at no more than 10-15 mins away. All of our itinerary destinations we close, like the zoo and the stadium. Parking was very close and accessible. I would absolutely return on my next trip!!!

The only thing I didn't like was the train nearby, it was a bit annoying at times, but nothing intolerable.

We came for my brothers birthday and the A’s game! We got to check in 4 hours early when we arrived and got free room upgrades! Our balcony was huuuuuge! When it’s time for us to leave, we’re always allowed a late checkout so we don’t have to wait outside for the train to get us. We checked our bags and hung out at Plank for a while. We love the waterfront!

Our room was fine, spacious, clean, quiet. We opted out of daily room cleaning service when we checked in, but the cleaning staff never received those directions until WE told them. Ice machine came in handy because I had a knee injury.

We could hear the ppl above us walking around. Parking was very expensive. We were glad we didn’t have a car.

Friendly staff, that goes out of their way to take care of whatever you need. Was given a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and Marina, totally unexpected and very much appreciated!

Room could use new carpet, drapes, and a fresh coat of paint. But it was clean and the bed comfortable.
