The property was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and have the necessities. The room is cleaned daily and restocked.

The food is the same everyday. Depending on the staff the cooks it, it is either very good or very bad. Some variety for people staying more than one night would be awesome. However, there is enough variety to have something different every day.

I stay here everytime I come to town. Its been for quite a few years. The hotel & rooms are always clean,The staff are wonderful,location is great . It's wonderful walking into the hotel smelling of warm popcorn and the smell of warm cookies. The breakfast items are nice to wake up to. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

There is nothing I don't like.

The staff were all so nice and friendly! The breakfast each morning was delicious! This hotel is clean, I mean super clean. The afternoon popcorn is a yummy and fun surprise and the nightly cookies are an awesome idea! We really liked our stay and felt very safe, comfortable and happy to stay here.

The breakfast was fantastic! Better than at some higher end hotels. I wouldn’t change a thing. The popcorn and cookies were a great touch. We arrived so thirsty and were each offered a bottle of water at no cost. Greatly appreciated!

The #1 complaint - and it’s a big one is the carpeting in the rooms. Those days are gone. Most hotels now have a laminate or vinyl flooring. The room just felt dirty because of this and I kept my feet covered at all times. The bed shirt had some kind of a drip stain.

Location cleanliness and friendliness of the staff in charge.

My vacation is over and I have to leave without this wonderful property, but I found great friends at comfort inn Castro Valley CA.

Room was large. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Lots of choices at breakfast. Favorite was waffle maker.

Typical dried out items in chafing dishes. Fruit could have been fresher.

The Location was very convenient to the freeways. The room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and well as the pillows. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast had a nice selection, eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffin and gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurts, juice and coffee.

The parking is a little tight but manageable. The heater was very loud when it kicked on, I shut it off while I slept and turned it back on in the morning when I woke up.

I really liked the clean bathroom and shower. It was a nice surprise to see how clean it was. We also enjoyed how many mirrors were in the room because we had to get ready for a concert. We didn’t need to fight for the bathroom mirror. The complementary breakfast was also great because there was a variety to choose from.

There could be more lighting in the basement parking lot.

The breakfast wasn't good. And food is recycled into the next days. That's not good.
