Really comfy spacious place. Bed was mega comfy and huge. Clean and tidy

Main recption was constantly locked. On arrival we were told by a cleaner to wait 10mins for someone. Lady arrived who didnt know how to smile or any form of customer service. The property has big clear signs everywjmhere saying no smoking facility. And there was a designated smoking area across the parking lot. But a few rooms people were just stood at door smoking and even next door had a paper cup by the door full of tab ends. Just abit grotty really.

I don't like the fact that when I booked my reservation and paid for the room, I arrived and the hotel wants an additional $100 deposit and they're telling me their storyline of other people smoking. It never mentioned that there was a security deposit of $100 on the booking site tho. I don't smoke and I have to wait for my deposit for 5 to 7 business days so I feel like it's some shady people in this business but other than that the price that I paid was good for the room that I rented. The water 💦 was hot and the shower 🚿 is good here.

This is a good option if you are looking for a really affordable place to stay in the Bay Area. If you land at SFO you can take an Uber across the San Mateo bridge to get there quickly, or if you want to save money take Bart around the other way like I did. Nice people running the place.

Not a lot of places to eat or shop in the immediate vicinity. One of the workers told me that no bicycles were allowed in the rooms, but I didn't take her very seriously because the other workers were really nice.

2 weeks stay. Price adequate to the standard! 😊 Nice and helpful staff🤗. I got everything I needed (comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge, iron + board, hair dryer, good wi-fi, cleaning and clean towels on request, always!, tourist breakfast, but included: water, good juice and snacks). Good localization. Walk to shops and restaurants. I'll be back there for sure💛❤💚

It was quiet area, room was decent, overall it was a wonderful stay and the area was nice. Plus theres a pizza place next door and a 7-eleven so bonus in my opinion. We had a wonderful time and pricing was decent.

Don't really have any complaints other than I wish the shower curtain had a plastic cover instead of fabric so it doesn't get soaked or water gets all over the floor, and the shower head itself was a little hard to figure out to turn on.

At that time it was a very affordable and comfortable place to stay. The location is close to a water facility for kids and adults as well as has a park right next door and a place to do a small hike. The owners were very courteous. I'd stay there again.

The only minor thing is that all their teas are way out of date. Not sure about the coffee jut that's it. Minor.

the location of the area was perfect from my family’s house

I didn’t like the opportunity to go into the office and give my ID and charge card to the office clerk. I would like to see and deal with the staff in person not at a window I’m giving you my personal information with my ID and charge card.

Henry and Krishna were lovely. They made me fill welcome in there motel. Good location with plenty of food nearby. It’s a nice alternative to stay in Hayward if you don’t want all the hustle and bustle you find elsewhere in the Bay Area but still has plenty of services nearby.

The Grab and Go Breakfast was basic and had no warm meals but thankfully the rooms have coffee makers and microwave ovens to heat your food.

The reception should be fully manned all the time. Sometimes you rang bell and had to wait for someone to attend to you.

The room was clean and well prepared. the bathtub was confortable and clean, the towels were clean and fresh. I asked for extra towels and they provided them without hesitation.

The AC, the minifridge and the bathroom vent were kinda loud that could easily be improved with a little maintenance. We found some trash from previous guests behind the bed... nothing nasty though! About the breakfast, I really appreciated that they have it, but i consider that they could really improve it (the content of it) without extra cost. Also, having some coffee or tea to offer would be great.
