Fresh breathable air.. (No Water damage STENCH) No traffic noise. No degenerates roaming the area.

TV had a yellow spot in the screen and remote was a garbage universal. Almost every hotel in Hayward has a really stupid one way exit. You have to UTURN every time you leave. The bay area is LAME!

A clean fresh room

TV remote is generic and barely works. Some people have NO CLASS. Tennant was hitting my car with his door.. I sounded my lock chirp and dude looked around like he wanted to start something.. just look at the average car in the bay area 💩

The water pressure in the shower

My room 311 was so comfortable and very clean. My bed was tall, almost to my waist, very unexpected.

The only thing I didn’t like about Red Roof, is the hallway carpet floors was not very clean, and also stairway carpet.

cleanliness is on point hot water ac works great property location is a quiet area from business (or noise)

housekeepers can’t read “don’t disturb” sign on weekends housekeepers knock and try/walk in at 9 am not after 11am (disturbance) thin walls (occasional hallway noise) —> indoor hotel rooms

Other guests were too noisy and very rude I wasn't able to rest. They were smoking directly Infront of the entrance of building forcing us to relocate to another venue

The building was quiet and peaceful to be at I like that the rooms had plenty of space saver really clean and smelled good. I also like the staff doesn’t really nice people And welcoming.

The guy that was working was rude. I gave him my Hawaiian License and he had the nerve to ask me if my ID was American…rude!!! I also gave him my Visa card and did the same thing. Pls have your workers learn their US history…that was very rude! or if he wasn’t sure ask but respectful about it. Luckily, I had my nephews with me. The shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough at all. Had burned smokes holes in both yellow blankets. I registered 4 people in my room, I asked for 4 towels to shower….however the housekeeping only gave us the two small ones.

The guy that was there was so rude, they wanted more money for a down payment. After i went to get more money they did not accept my card cause it was not a bank card or credit card. Then another guy helped me out and he was so much nicer and explain everything to me.

Wifi access intermittent and spotty based on Ubuntu. Difficult to connect and access most apps and web sites. Crashed often
