The bed was super comfy. We fell asleep fast.

There was a huge rat running from the building to the dumpster. It was disgusting. We made sure not to park near the bushes just in case. When we checked in, the front desk didn't mention breakfast hours, then we miss it. My husband did stop by around 9:30. Not much left over.

The value and location

Staff did not inform us on how breakfast worked. Was told it was available but never mentioned it was an additional charge. The cashier was cold and uncaring. Also, one of the staff members was wearing black sweats with bleached out spots, not a uniform. In addition, the light in the bathroom turned off after 5 minutes, which was dangerous while taking a bath.

Very good room. Standard sort of business type room done very well. Nice bed and pillows and very good aircon. Staff were superb. For example, I got of a bus one evening after the baseball and my wallet dropped out of my pocket. When I got to the hotel I realized this and since the keycard was absent I had to go the front desk. When the staff heard of this and the potential calamity it was, they strode into action. Both of them made calls to the police and bus company. When there was no answer from the bus company, one of the staff members rushed out to her car to catch the bus and retrieve my wallet. Above and beyond normal customer service. These people cared.

The hotel advertised an on-site restaurant, but, it was not running on the days I was there. Check this if its something you require.

no restaurant for dinner available on weekends. wish they offered breakfast w a la carte menu (or complimentary continental breakfast) as I do not prefer buffet-style breakfast foods. I found a Starbucks close by and purchased breakfast there. also, when I left to find breakfast, my room was cleaned and the leftovers (for my lunch that day) were taken away so I had to find a place for lunch during my conference.

Bar was not open on the weekend I'm not sure if it was due to a event but this is the 2nd hotel I went to an on the weekend the bar is closed the bar looked really nice didn't get to experience had to order my own alcohol offline also breakfast was not free it was $15 an they give you very little I ended up just ordering breakfast off doordash but overall I had a great stay hopefully when I visit again on the weekend the bar is open

I like that it was close to the freeway. Also it was close to a couple food spots.

I would say every time someone outside opens their door or our shook so it was pretty annoying to hear that all the time. The breakfast was okay.

The beds were so very comfortable. Arrived late due to Flights delayed and car hire drama. Lovely attendant at 2am checked us in. Helpful and friendly.

Would have liked tea coffee making in room. Older styled bathroom. No detachable shower head. Bathroom ceiling had a bit of mould above the shower.

Location was close to food and easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. All in all a lovely facility.

Breakfast was just ok. I was hoping for pancakes or waffles, and bacon. The sausage was quite greasy and luke warm.

Breakfast was great.Location is excellent! And, it’s close to shopping shall I say there’s Union Landing for shopping or activities like the movies you can almost get anything there . And, your staff are professional and very friendly! Even the housekeepers are helpful and very clean rooms so of course I will be back. BRAVO!!’👍PS The pool was great too.
