Clean, updated hotel and rooms. Staff were constantly cleaning. Towels were thick and plush. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to highway. There is a Target across the street.

Slow checkin. Only one staff checking in. The other woman said she was “0ff the clock” and couldn’t help us. Never say or do that to your customers. I did kill a bug in our room. The footprint of these rooms are old. Bathroom sink is out in the open and immediately when you walk into your room. Blinds were clunky and kinda worn. Furniture was in good shape though having been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in room. Breakfast is subpar. Powdered eggs, limp bacon, yogurt, Cheerios, muffins, sliced bread and waffles.

Large rooms!! Nice comfortable king size bed with 5 pillows. Nice light blocking shades. Nice modern TV on the wall..Closet for clothes.Bench in your room to sit and put your shoes on. Small microwave & mini refrigerator.Scrambled eggs & bacon, granola bar, yogurt, apples,bread, prepackaged cinnamon rolls & waffles, coffee, water and tea packet variety & small dispenser of orange juice for breakfast. Vending machines and small laundry room. Excellent location near tons of restaurants and shopping, gas station etc Nice staff. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay here again.

Freeway noise is pretty loud if you leave your window open. We ended up closing it and putting on the AC. Our AC was a new unit and worked fantastic.We stayed 5 days and on our 3rd night the people that stayed next door over for 1 night smoked weed and it stunk up our room. There are signs all over saying please no smoking cigarettes, weed, etc in our hotel rooms but, apparently some people just won't respect the hotels policy.

The front office staff is excellent!! Especially Mercedes who is very kind and organized and goes above and beyond to accommodate customers during their stay. Tracy is also very nice and did an awesome job decorating the front hotel area all by herself while we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent. The value is excellent.

The bed was squeaky this time. The light over the sink was out during our stay. Breakfast could be improved.

Comfortable and clean room. Great location with a target right across the street for all the things I forgot. Friendly staff and easy parking.

Only one Ice machine on the ground floor and it was broken. Breakfast area seating was limited and the selection was very limited but okay. I wish my room had black out curtains as there was a light on the wall across the window that was bright and shown in the room all night the shade couldn’t block it out. The fridge was very small which made it difficult to put out leftovers in it.

The elevator had some issues with it that made me uncomfortable but luckily my husband was right in there with me. Also, I noticed some hair in our bathroom wall and tub on our first day let alone, the smell the hallway and inside the elevator, didn't sit right with me.

The hotel was accessible to stores like Target, fast-food restaurants were abundant in the area as well, a local grocery store was a 3 minute drive away. Parking was convenient and well lit, adding that extra sense of security for clients. The staff were accommodating, Jamila, who attended to us on check out was courteous and friendly. The breakfast selection was good and filling. The housekeeping staff were helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Better quality shampoo, body soap and lotion for shower use.

The room was very clean! The heater and A/C worked great! Nice big Modern flat screen tv "65 inch I think... The Staff excellent! The breakfast was better than expected! Liked that I could open the window to get some fresh air in! And loved the double blinds to blackout the outside lights!

The room could be a bit brighter! At night near the window and the refrigerator and microwave oven kinda dark in that area hard to see your stuff! The bed for some reason wasn't comfortable for me and the pillows too firm and poofy!No pool or Jacuzzi! And Laundry services a bit high priced! Small load of Laundry $3.75 to wash and same to dry! So $7.50 for a small load! Down the street Large load $2.75 to wash and . 25¢ for 6 min of High Hot Large Capacity Dryer... Usually $1.00 will dry all your clothes ! So 1/2 the cost and more clothing done at laundermat! But for convenience you pay extra!

My husband and I loved everything about SureStay; the area and surroundings. Literally right by Target and other shops. It was so very close to our family and other stores we like to shop in not forgetting food centers too. Just great!

Well, just a suggestion if the staff can let the housekeepers know to check the rooms to make sure they are well prepared and fully clean before people come in to stay. We found few hairs in the bathroom on the bathtub and walls also the sink had some stains on it. The elevator was also one of our main concern.

The room I stayed was nice and included all I needed and the daily room cleaning is also a plus . Good to come back to a nice clean room everyday .

The elevator was out of service for the duration of my stay and I stayed for a week .Had to haul my luggage to the third floor .

Perfect budget hotel with nice spacious room recently renovated. Towels are a bit small but they provide extra towels on request. Very clean. Guest coin laundry is very convenient. Reception staff and housecleaning staff all very nice and helpful. Location is great, close to highway and to stores (Target across the street) and many restaurants in the Union Landing shopping area.

You can hear guests if they are talking in hallway but it was very quiet at night.
