Amenities like fitness center and free breakfast were really nice!

Housekeeping made up my room even though I didn't want them to. They were only supposed to replace towels on the floor but replaced them all - what happened to being eco friendly? Worst part: they threw my PJs on the nightstand to make up the bed. Should have just skipped my room. On the last night, I discovered my sheets weren't very clean and there was a dried blood spot (not me). 🤢

Absolutely unexpectedly good! Large and super comfortable studio, excellent sofa (which is rare), very good breakfast. And the heated pool and the outside hot tub! Perfect after one day of exploration! 50 minutes to Golden Gate (I stayed Saturday and Sunday, so the traffic might be an issue if you want to see SF from this location). Bottom line, I reserved one night but I ended up extending the stay. Very good!

Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Housekeeping dropped off an excessive amount of every towel. Thought that was interesting

The cleanliness of the pool was not good. The oscillating fans in the lobby(above the breakfast) were covered with dust. I let them know and she said they would clean it that day.

We loved having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. The front desk also had a nice selection of snacks and simple meals + drinks. The parking lot was well-lit and we could see our car from our room. It was quiet and the beds were comfy; we slept well. It was a quick drive to Oakland International Airport early the next morning.

Oh, so it was roomy and nice and clean. Check in checkout was quick and easy. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was at seven, but everything was ready at 6:30 and we were able to get some stuff since we were leaving before seven.

Not enough kitchenware. I needed a tray and a decent knife which would cut, which was unavailable.

I liked having that home feeling instead of feeling trapped in a single hotel room

They didn’t have a real good area for pets to go to the restroom, it was all mulch,wood and rocks

The suite was a great size and very comfortable. It fit my family of four perfectly. The kitchenette was great and came in handy when we had leftovers from dinner. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. I would definitely come here again

The complimentary breakfast was not good. Sliced hotdogs were served in place of breakfast sausage. The breakfast sandwich upset our stomachs. Upon arrival to breakfast at about 6:15am, employees were busy making their own waffles and plates of food. That was unprofessional and not a good impression.

Very clean and nice and great amenities and they had a great breakfast each morning.

Others that let their kids in the hot tub with food and over crowded the hot tub. So it was not relaxing that first night.

The room was very spacious and was super comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet and had wonderful waffles there. Also close to a mall so that was very convenient. Highly recommend!!
