First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests. Lily and her manager are absolutely amazing and so professional. You can tell they are on top of every single detail, and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I will try to stay here from now on, even though it's a bit of a distance from my work. It is worth the extra miles just to have peace of mind that I will be treated with grace and respect. The hotel is also absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous lobby and beautiful modern rooms, with incredible beds and amenities.

As always it is crucial to have a room NOT facing the highway, otherwise it's really loud. Big rooms and bathroom, nice and helpful staff, decent gym. Good location in the walking distance to the nearby offices.

The rooms are not cheap and yet there is no breakfast included, which is a pity. The swimming pool is small and overrun with kids and loud families no allowing for any relaxation. Staying for a week, it would be nice for water bottles or body lotion to be refilled.

I loved their pool , location and their beds . I also felt very welcomed by the front desk . This gentleman’s name is Santos who checked us in .

What I disliked was the toilet paper rolls were not replaced to new ones they were used . So other people who stayed in my room previously before my check in used that same toilet paper . That is disgusting .

Wonderful Hotel. Beautiful decor and facilities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and quiet. Some reviews on here said road noise was bad, I did not notice this at all. I stayed on mountain view side and heard nothing. Glad I decided to try for myself and was very pleased. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay again. Very nice!

Jane was wonderful! Always asked us about our day and our stay using our names! First time staying at Marriott and joined Bonvoy because of her. Lillian also was amazing. After our first breakfast she remembered what we liked and super friendly. Highly recommend this facility and team

The pool and bar were great.

I had a huge allergy attack all night in the room. I had a feeling it was the AC we had on all night and sure enough i looked at it and there were black mold specs which i am highly allergic to

Nice and quiet, good beds.

Breakfast was not included which was a disappointment (booked through soccer team so didn't know before), would have chose another hotel if I knew this. We did have a few ants running around the room but nothing too serious.

Way understaffed but I get it...not much money coming in Bait and switch I know you need cut costs but to not tell me that no breakfast because staff won't come in and pool not heated is really disappointing and dishonest Manager guy very nice

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the amenities were great. The view was beautiful from my room and the room itself was amazing had a super nice bathroom and the TV was nice had plenty of apps to watch.

The only thing I could say is it would have been nice to end the night off with a nice sit in a hot tub but other than that the stay was exceptional

Beds were comfy, room was nice, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was overpriced for the quality. Bar only opens at 5pm. Elevators were slow.
