From start to finish, the stay was exceptional. Hana checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay .The room was not only clean but beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the decor made it a very pleasant space to unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. It was delicious, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty start to your day or a lighter fare, the selection was impressive. The hotel’s gym was also a standout feature. It was well-appointed with modern equipment, making it easy to keep up with your fitness routine while traveling. Overall, Homewood provided a top-notch experience, combining cleanliness, comfort, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location was nice and quiet, but also located across the street from the outlet center so that was really nice without being very busy. Breakfast was decent. Usual options for hotel breakfasts. The facility was beautiful and felt very new and modern. Our room was huge and felt very spacious.

The pool was nothing special and that was slightly disappointing. The shower head was too tall so that wasn't good for short people and definitely not for children.

Nicholas (Nick) at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, a rarity in today’s hospitality world. He does an exceptional job getting guests checked-in, solving issues and concerns and explaining everything we need to know while staying at Homewood Suites in Livermore. I travel extensively for business, it would be nice if more hotels had capable employees like Nick.

Staff were amazing! We were there for two weeks and got to know the housekeeping staff well. So friendly and welcoming. Pool is nice and great workout room.

Near a small airport that had a lot of small planes doing touch and goes, got a bit noisy at times if we were outside next to the pool

Room size was good. Bathroom size was good. Towels, bed, and support products were good. Internet was easy to use, and worked. Pleanty of electrical outlets.

Breakfast made both of us ill for the remainder of the day. We could not find any jelly. The coffee was stale. There was not enough variety of foods. The toaster did not work.

I liked that it was so close to the outlets. Prime reason why I booked it.

The pillows are so soft. Not good it becomes flat. No free bedroom slippers. The breakfast is the same everyday. No variety.

The rooms are so spacious. The staff are so kind. The breakfast is so delicious. The gym is very clean and easy to use. The entire hotel atmosphere is superb and professional. Fast internet. Great location. Highly recommend!!

Dog friendly which allowed me to bring our Pup on the trip with us. Breakfast was really Good as well. Great value for room size. Rooms were pretty big. It was the first time I had seen a full size refrigerator in a hotel room. In the same lot as the Livermore Outlets.

Very close to the outlet shopping mall, the main reason for our stay in Livermore. Very spacious rooms. Especially the seperate bedroom from the livingroom/kitchen is a big plus when travelling as a family

The sofa in the livingroom was.'t very comfortable to sit on. Probably because it doubles as a pull out bed. Not an issue though that had a negative effect on our stay

This hotel was perfect. Great restaurants all walking distance of 5 mins away. Another bonus for us golfers. A driving range 50 yards away.

The couch in the room was tired and wore out.
