Holiday Inn Express is a Value for money, No frills options with clean property and courteous staff. Was an overnight stay to visit San Fancisco Premium Outlets, which was a short Uber ride away. Basic amenities & coffee making machine & supplies provided

Availability of Hot water (for Tea)

Free breakfast was a plus but the quality of the hot food was lack luster. The eggs were like rubber and the bacon was drenched in grease and not crispy. Overall, for a free breakfast it was still a positive.

Confusing to get to the location, even with GPS guiding you. The front of the hotel is facing opposite of the other buildings so it seems like you're driving to the back of the hotel when it's really the front.

Very close to our destination (NorCal VB facility), very good hot breakfast and friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, windows that opened for fresh air. I forgot a blanket and went back 4 hours later and they had it all wrapped up and identified at the front desk when I stopped back to ask. Very well run with great employees.

The breakfast was exceptional and the lady who set it up was extremely nice. She made the morning happy for me and should get a raise! The food selection was perfect with a good mix of hot and cold items. The kids loved the pancake maker. The front desk host, Luis was exceptional too! He always tried to help and carried out any request with a smile (even though he was wearing a mask you could tell). It was really a red carpet experience and nothing I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

There was candy and wrappers behind the headboard. Trash filled up fast and we had to replace the trash bags ourselves.

Good location, good amenities and facilities

Lighting in the room could be more flexible (it was only either completely bright or completely dark) and the controls were not very intuitive to find in the dark.

they couldn’t find my reservation when I checked in. They were accommodating but they made me feel as if it were my fault. This also happened to a friend. Found the situation odd. But in the end it all worked out.

Clean and soft beds

Elevevators did not work. Hulling suit cases 3 stairs was hard. Booked a bath spa. On line said it had one. Paid extra for it. Got to room. Complained . they said no rooms dont spa baths.

Everything was perfect. Nice & clean hotel, and the breakfast is so delicious, especially the cinnamon roll. Susanna, the housekeeping manager (sorry if we misspell the name), is really nice, and the reception guy is also very friendly. Really look fwd to stay here again next time.

Easy access to location . Great clean rooms. I like the fact Costco is down the street easy access for filling up gas.
