Front desk representative whom checked me in was excellent. Very efficient and professional. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Climate control in the room was excellent and comfortable.

There was a number of folks staying there for the Good Guys Car event. We usually have to get going before 6 AM to get into the fairgrounds. Don’t really expect to have breakfast served that early however, just coffee would be an excellent option so we can grab a cup before we leave. Maybe just start nothing more than the coffee dispensers a little earlier than 6 AM when there’s a special large event going on. No fault of anyone at the hotel, but there was a lot of freeway noise and we were woken up a couple times by sirens on the freeway and loud vehicles. Location is otherwise very good.

. We liked this hotel. The room and the bed were comfortable and clean. The room had a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron. The bathroom was clean, intact plumbing. The Wi-Fi was working well. Breakfast was excellent and varied: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, bagels, frozen burritos with sausage, cream cheese, cereal, yogurt, oranges, apples, granola bars, juices, coffee.

The street was a little noisy but there were earplugs in the room and the noise didn't bother us. There was no complimentary welcome water. Small bottles of gel, shampoo and conditioner, 1 each. I wasn’t able to connect to the Wi-Fi on my phone (even though it worked on the laptop and the connection was good).

Excellent hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon, and a variety of quality breads for toast. The waffle iron is full-size and embosses the waffles with a Best Western logo which can hold a lot of syrup. The coffee was good and hot. Everything was plentiful. There was a nice assortment of toppings for yogurt and some good blueberry jam. Warm, friendly staff. Very clean room. This motel is serious about non-smoking rooms, which matters to my family. The parking setup was convenient and the room we got was close to the elevator. The room amenities included earplugs for those who might be bothered by any noise.

Personally, I like a lot of cream in my coffee and would rather pour it from a pitcher than open a bunch of little plastic cups. But that’s just me. The rest of my party wouldn’t care. As for the room, the light in the washroom/dressing area (not the actual bathroom) is very bright and reflects off the mirror. If mom is using that light, it bothers the sleeping kids. Maybe a curtain across the alcove would be nice (also for privacy while getting dressed).

I like to book here bc the staff is always pleasant to be around and that makes it worth dealing with the noise pollution. I thoroughly enjoy the breakfast. The beds are very comfortable too. Pool is always refreshing on a hot summers day.

Wish the freeway traffic on I 580 wasn't so loud, but with damaged roads, lifted trucks with big tires, and those damn hellcats doing triple digits, you really can't expect peace and quiet. It would be cool if some government employees would drop some asphalt and level things or perhaps build a sound barrier, but hey, it's California, and nobody has time for that. We are too busy fixing our cars bc some dope was watching one of the 1000s of airplanes flying above us, causing more of that ozone whatever those European girls talk about and didn't see the brake lights in front of them. Wish it wasn't 105 degrees in the bay area...

The room was clean. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well. The free breakfast was decent. What I like the best was the customer service. I had a plumbing issue during my stay and they took care of it right away and continuously checked on me to make sure everything was fine which I really appreciated.

The one thing I didn't like is if it's right next to the freeway you can hear the cars at night. However I still was able to sleep pretty well but for a light sleeper it could be a problem. They do provide ear plugs.

Reception was amiable and welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and coffee available. The pool/spa area was clean and well appointed. There were restaurants and fast food close by. A good value for the price.

I did not have a problem with it but the noise from the freeway might bother some folks. You can request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

The staff was very funny. Upon entering, the staff made us laugh and they were very nice. The place was great, and across from the hotel was a comedy/bar. We had no idea until we were at the hotel and the staff was informing us about it. There is also a Dennys next door where you could walk to, to eat. They do have free breakfast as well. It is really nice for a little getaway.

We were only there for one night, so I really have no complaints. They said that since Covid, they do not have much business. The price was great for a one night stay, so we are planning to go again for a small getaway.

I like the location being near the freeway, but yet in a dead end street area no through traffic the grasses and landscape around. The property was maintained very nice. My dog and I both liked walking around a lot.

I ask if I could kindly have another 30 minutes for check out at 11:30 and it was important and they agreed I had a zoom call with my business come up starting at 11 and I was trying to conduct that and at 10 after 11 even with my sign, do not make up room allowed banging start happening and I said I’ll be out in a few minutes, but the banging continued I had to deal with it. No communication to the Maids, so it was disruptive. I was disappointed in that respect.

Staff, comfortable bed, clean room, nice heater. Waffles.

Bacon was soft, I think it’s safe to say that most people like their bacon crispy, not soft like a noddle. Real eggs would have been nice. When we got the breakfast, there was only a couple of pieces of bacon left, I had to ask someone to make more, I don’t think I should have done that, I think they should be checking on a regular basis to see when they need to make more. Then had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for more soft bacon to come out.

Property was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful!! Safe area with everything you need very close by. Highly recommend this property. Price was way less than others around it.

Needed more towels and coffee in the room.
