Our room was comfortable and clean, and generally quiet despite the urban location. Breakfast was varied, hot, and good quality. The service staff were friendly and helpful in most areas. The bed and pillows were good quality and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and very functional.

We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were given a room on the third (top) floor, but it faced the main street which was very noisy including at night. After a bad night, we asked to change to a room on the back side of the hotel, which the front desk was able to give us later in the day, and that room worked out very well for us. The common areas (especially the elevator) were rather worn.

Location, clean comfortable

Front desk people weren’t particularly friendly, hid in back room mostly. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was warm only. The toaster did not work. On huge family or group took up most of the seats and they were well past eating. So we stood eating our eggs. The group was rude. Who was going to tell them this wasn’t the “lounge”. A disappointing start to the day. Lastly the breakfast room is minuscule for a facility that large.

The area was nice and central. There was a ihop in the same parking lot and the hotel was very accommodating.

The bathroom was small but I loved that it had a breezer/fan. I’m noticing the hotels now are getting away from that. The hotel let us have a noon (late) checkout for free. And I did the pre check in on line, so when we go there, all I had to do was sign the paper and my keys were waiting for me. I left something behind when we checked out and the maid had it wrapped and waiting for me when we went back to pick it up. The room was clean but we were so tired we didn’t take pictures of the room.

Good/Excellent location. Hotel was in good/excellent condition.

Breakfast. Veggie sausage both days. Where’s the real meat. Hotel should have provided both. Veggie sausage made breakfast very disappointing. However, the iHop next door was all too happy to serve us breakfast, cause that’s where we went. iHop staff expressed they hope you continue with Veggie sausage as we weren’t the only customers walking in with this complaint.

Our favorite go-to place when in the area. Our room was comfortable, and all amenities were working that we used. The room was large enough, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Nice facility inside and out with plenty of parking. Elevator and inside stairs available. Breakfast provided had many different choices, hot & cold. I-Hop next door and various places to eat in the area. Coffee and water are provided throughout the day. Daily room cleaning service. Easy freeway access with Bart station nearby. Safe feeling area

While plenty of towels were provided, I guess it would be the lack of a towel bar in the bathroom,

Joshua from the front desk was extremely helpful with a unique booking request this past weekend. He was patient, kind, and very willing to work with us to find the best option for our stay. He is the model of staff member that you want to have work for your company in customer service.

Reservation was difficult to adjust since it was done through booking.com.

Our room was nicely appointed. We appreciated the very efficient air conditioning especially after having driven all day through the heat. The room was spacious and very clean. I wish we'd had more time so I could've used the fitness center and pool. The breakfast featured a good selection that included some Hispanic offerings including guacamole (great with my scrambled eggs) and burritos.

We had no complaints. Getting to the hotel coming off the interstate was a little difficult, but we quickly figured out the most efficient way to get to the hotel.

Clean hotel in a good area close to many restaurants, shopping & highway. Free hot breakfast & parking were a definite +. Beds were comfortable & staff was friendly & helpful!.

We were there for several days & breakfast was the same every day - change up would've been nice. It's a good, safe location but if you are planning on driving in to San Francisco to sight see, you can spend a long time in traffic so plan accordingly.

Check in was a bit clumsy. Showed up at 2:20 pm, was told to return at 3:00 or needed to pay $28 for early checking. We returned at 3:00 and was told we needed to wait a few minutes. Watched other guests get checked in and issued room keys while my son and I waited. When I asked if a room was ready yet, was told that they didn't know and would check. After waiting until 4pm, omwe were finally issued room keys.

It was soooooooo quiet. We dodnt hear the people above us or next to us or walking past the room or any street noise. The decor was simple but elegant, lots of electrical outlets for electronics. Great price for the area and the facility itself. Oh!!! And the beds were very comfy!! Lots of towels!
