Did not have breakfast at the hotel; away from commercial; request room away from noise, it was done; fridge and coffee machine was available since food outlets were not within walking distance.......overall good experience....too bad booking through third party does not count towards loyalty program.....management should review current rules

The location was perfect for us. There were restaurants and gas nearby as well as freeway access. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The view from our room was very nice. We initially booked one night but ended up coming back and staying again.

There is not a complimentary breakfast. We actually paid for the breakfast on our first morning but did not opt to do so the other mornings. There were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, juice, and packaged danish.

There was no active restaurant for a hot, continental breakfast and other meals. Magnifying Mirror for rooms for both men for shaving and for ladies for make up is suggested.

Very good wi-fi connection, satisfactory if you are on business trip and need to work/conference.

Although the room is equipped with large modern TV, for some reason is not possible to connect it with your device via hdmi or wi-fi.

The staff was friendly. The facility was quiet and clean. The area surrounding the property was very nice. My room was not very big, but comfortable. Just enough for my needs as I was only there for one night. It was a convenient location for my early morning meeting. I would stay there again if the need ever arises.

The Sonesta San Ramon is an outstanding hotel. Great facility and value, but most importantly the staff is excellent, very friendly, professional, well trained and going above to take care of their guests. We will be back to this location and will look for Sonesta properties wherever we travel.

Nice, clean room with super comfortable bed, good bathroom, comfortable sofa, huge desk, big TV, lots of electricity and USB outlets. Super friendly staff who were very helpful. Good breakfast.

I can’t say anything negative.

The location is nice. Rooms were comfortable in size, and beds were firmer than we like but still comfortable.

The website shows on-site dining, but nobody was ever around for us to buy, and we went by multiple times to see if we were missing the hours it was open. Also, notice there were no trash bag liners in the receptacles in our room. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or what.

They were unclear about the breakfast option- we only learned that there was an extra charge for breakfast when we came to the breakfast area, and had only a very limited time to get breakfast and get to the seminar we were leading.
