During the Pandemic this Courtyard Marriott started charging an extra $10.00 a day for parking. Not shown on the Booking website. The fact that they charge parking at all is ridiculous! Just one more example of companies that have taken advantage of the Pandemic and are still using it as a reason to nickel and dime customers.

Place was clean, food was actually well done. Basically ate breakfast and dinner at the Courtyard. Great service, just don't like hidden fees. PS. Hey BOOKING.COM, you put my name in wrong for the reservation.

We were attending a large 50th wedding anniversary celebration at the nearby Double Tree Hotel. But since a few of their guests mentioned the noise there from the two nearby freeways, I chose this Marriott which was 1.5 miles further away. Our room was laid out very well and was very comfy and quiet. And the mattresses on our two queen beds were very comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and quite creative, But it would have been great if our choices had been printed out or posted somewhere, Instead the gal at the counter had to explain what the two choices were. And since the choices were so creative, we were not quite sure exactly what would be in each of the main dishes. Fortunately both of our choices were very delicious and ample in size. But we were surprised with a couple of ingredients that were included.

We had one difficulty in our room. The door between the bathroom sink and spacious counter would not close so every time we went into the sink area, the light and fan in the bathroom would be activated. The noise of the fan going was quite irritating. We had already unpacked and hung our clothes in the closet, etc so decided to deal with it. My husband was able to stretch one of the hand towels from the sink towel rack to cover the door sensor so that we could use the sink and bathroom mirror without activating the bathroom fan and light. We reported this to the front desk when we checked out the next morning so are sure that the issue has been remedied.

The room was very comfortable; the arrangement made it seem bigger than a usual motel room. The couch was comfortable. The drapes kept the room very dark which was appreciated. The cafe had excellent food; we ate breakfast there and enjoyed the quality and the variety of items (not the usual motel fare.). The staff at check-in and at the cafe were very friendly.

The staff and coffee counter were all over the top nice and easy to work with. The Manager excelled at helping me with my special needs. Your folks are lucky to have him and every staff member I met.

PET HAIR: I did not know you folks allowed pets. The ottoman in our room was loosely covered in what looked like pet hair. I forgot to mention to the property manager and am glad for the opportunity to do so now. I will call the property.

Location, Rooms, Cleanliness, and of course staff. Elizabeth is an excellent staff, great help.

Missing Kettle water for brewing tea & more importantly, water bottles should be provided every day at this price.

Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The issues I encountered were dealt with promptly and easily.

I chose this location specifically due to their no pet policy (I am severely allergic). I could hear a dog outside my door in the morning. However, the room was clean and I suffered no reactions. There was also confusion at check in as to who I was. They thought I was another guest from the Netherlands and I did see (via the room television menu) that they had my room booked under a Belgian woman's name (I'm neither European nor a woman). Though I had no car and requested no parking multiple times they had charged me an additional parking fee (since resolved) but I'm assuming that may have been tied to the Belgian woman's request they confused me with. Despite these issues, staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Maybe a little confused, but awesome nonetheless!

Room was large and very comfortable. TV was large. Happy with App choices for Internet TV.

The water never got warm at the sink. And it took a very long time for the water to get hot enough on the shower. That was pretty much the only thing that was not good.

Nice and clean motel for an overnight. Surprised we were charged for parking with a large empty lot. It is a classic somewhat minimalist room. All the necessities.

Was great for our road trip purpose. Had all the necessities and was well cared for but seemed to lack any panache.

Family and I stayed there for a Soccer Tournament at Ken Mercer field in Pleasanton. the hotel location was a under a mile away which was perfect. Plenty of stores and places to eat near by as well. Breakfast which was included with are stay was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking in the area. Located right off of 101 highway.

Wish the gym was better equipped and they had a hot tub.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Having a restaurant in the hotel lobby was convenient for a morning breakfast.

The signage out front was hard locate and to read from the street. The sign is low and shrubs can block the view, as can a car block the sign.
