Breakfast is good but it's everyday same food. It would even better if they can provide some changes by time. The front desk are super friendly. You can ask them any question and get answered with polite.

The laundry room is fine but there is only one front-loading washing machine and it's broken. All the others are traditional top-loading type machine. In the room, it is almost fully equiped. You have a whole set of kitchen, stove, oven, dish washer (I didn't use it anyway), ditergent, etc. But I think forgot to give a dish sponge -- how can I wash the plate, cup, dishes after using them?

We all enjoyed the room we stayed in last night with our Rottie dog and our grandkids! The kitchen, the King bed and the pull out bed was so comfy for the grandkids. They said, it was very very very comfortable and they want to stay here again. The breakfast eggs were the best, although I only got a spoonful of them, they were so good! Thank you for the perfection in every way, especially having our sweetheart doggie with us. I wish the prices for one night wasn’t so expensive or we’d stay a few more nights. We now have found a place that we will come back to when we visit thisi area again. Thank you for the perfect night that made our trip so pleasant, especially after staying in a Airbnb in Blue Lake Springs in Arnold. It had zero A/C and 93’ degree heat with scary bears opening our car door and walking around our airbnb looking for food. So arriving here at the Hyatt House was Heavenly, especially after four dreadful sleepless nights high up in Arnold! We lived the wonderful A/C and the nice comfy sofa bed with the two separate areas, the two separate TVs and the pool made our trip absolutely 💯 perfect! We will be back after loving the Hyatt House. Thank you for the perfection!

The pool was nice for the kids, the two tv s and the two separate areas worked out well for us all.

We enjoyed the breakfast the food was amazing, and we liked that there were different options each morning. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room cleaned and fresh towels were always available.

The mattresses felt a little flat in my opinion it wasn't the best sleep but, the pillows made up for that.

I been coming here for years with my kids and it brought back alot of memories of taking my son here for his birthday sleepovers and now my daughter had her first 10yr old sleepover , family came and had nothing but great things to say about this place I love it here

We stayed in a suite, and it exceeded our expectations. Both rooms were spacious, and there was a small kitchen which was well stocked had we chosen to cook. The breakfast was filling, and there was some variety on the weekend.

Its a small thing.. as a vegetarian it would have been nice to have separate utensils for some of the meals. For example there was sausage one morning in the same tray as pancakes, and only one tong for both of them.

I saw no where on Booking.com or on the Hyatt House websites that they also require a $250 Deposit on top of the $350 I pad for Hotel room. they said it was policy BUT I saw nothing on their website. I was not happy. They will hold the $250 Deposit for 5-10 days

Cleanliness, size of the beds, beds were so comfortable, amazing bkft, pool was lovely laundry was clean and easy to use. We were there overnight only and we used every part of the hotel possible. It was amazing.

Beautiful room, we stayed in one of the bigger rooms that accommodated 6 adults. Room had kitchen and we loved that grocery store "Luckys" was 5 min away. We were accommodated with an early check in, front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. And when I asked for extra towels she graciously gave them to me. The room had everything we needed in it from a large fridge, kitchen, sink, microwave, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, roomy closet, plenty of hangers, shampoo and body wash was full, beds were very comfortable, and room was very spacious and very clean. Room had plenty of toiletries too. A light breakfast with nice variety was appreciated consisting of fruit, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, bagels, cereal, coffee, orange juice, bread, toaster, nice and roomy and they have a pool and a bar with a nice selection of drinks. Parking there is plenty also and free.

No elevator, and we were up in the 3rd floor. We were 6 adults, and there were only plate settings for 4 guests. The restroom sliding door stuck once I locked it and I couldn't get out. It took my spouse to wiggle the door and move around for it to finally open (Not funny then, but funny now) Would i stay here again, absolutely. Do I recommend you stay, absolutely.

The laundry room has 1 wach machine out of service since few days. 2 dryers do not work. The breakfast items are acceptable, but not rich. It could have been better.
