The pool was open and cold but very nice Room was very clean Breakfast was okay

The man in the hallway yelling at customers They don’t offer the service for me to cook in my room I feel that they should ask if you need supplies for cooking services in your room. I brought my own pots and pans and I forgot the place and the serving spoons. I asked Staff if they had some available I just feel that that’s something they should offer you upfront when you check in. Just ask if you need those supplies. Other than that, their staff was very helpful.

Customer service is and has always been 100% amazing. Even before the new management took over. I work at the bar across the street and the nights I close at 230am on Saturdays and have to reopen the bar at 9am for Sunday football I stay here..for the last 5 years. Its been amazing every single time. Up until the last time and I would still give them 5 stars because I know most of them on a first name basis and it's nothing personal. But this last time my room STANK. LIKE STANK STANK. and I don't even know what the smell was it wasn't a BO it wasn't a nasty smelling food that was cooked it wasn't a dirty smell but it was so strong it could be smelled even out in the hallway. Almost feel like it got stronger when the AC kicked on. I was so strong it eventually gave me a headache. Ended up going to Walmart for some candles and got some food (bacon) to cook hopefully filter out the smell.

I loved the kitchenette. It was very close to where our son needed to be. The rooms were very spacious. Staff was always seen working and it showed.

For some reason Pleasanton Police would park blocking prime parking at night and didn't seem to be responding to any sort of emergency. They were just hanging out for over a hour both nights we were there.

Convenient location to project site.

My first room 336 was terrible. Broken toilet seat, And pictures missing from wall. Broken dishwasher cabinetry. Unpainted wall surfaces where repairs were made but not finished. I wanted to ask for a credit back on my first stay, but location was good.

It’s an ovation coldest place a quiet at night which I love honestly everyone here stayed so positive and was so polite even on the first tonight I had a couple problems with Becky prices for at everything that straightaway and the staff today at noon to take route they didn’t let me choose to cancel the station or they understood the issues that we were having with the Booking the room and they worked with us and they were awesome 

Overall not to bad. Wish the TV was a little closer so I could plug my hdmi cable to it, but next time I'll just get a longer cord.

Lack of dishes or at least pots and pans. I'm guessing they were out at the time. Also, couldn't get the window open, even with it unlocked. There's a sticker that says open the window but if I can't do that, defeats the purpose.

This hotel is in a great location--close to restaurants and shops, and close to the fairgrounds. Most of the staff here are very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was clean and modern and it was so nice to have a kitchen with a full fridge, stove top and microwave, and a bathtub/shower combination. The room had a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed, which was very helpful.

The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. It is called a grab and go breakfast so it's really just some coffee and danish. I thought it would be more along the lines of what you get at the Best Western in Pleasanton, i.e., some eggs, bacon, etc. Also, the clerk who checked us in at night wasn't the most friendly on earth but all the others were very helpful.

On arrival we were told they might not have a king size room, after I’d already booked and paid for one… we were given an ‘accessible’ one, which was fine by us, but was alarmed they said they didn’t have what we’d booked. The breakfast is dreadful - front loops, tiny muffin and dreadful coffee. We ended up in Starbucks across the road.

Liked the quietness & cleanliness Staff were all helpful & friendly Good location with lots of shops restaurants within walking distance

Wifi didn’t work as promised and breakfast was very basic (muffins and oat sachets). A fire alarm went off early in the morning too requiring evacuation but hopefully this isn’t a regular thing.
