The room was very spacious, very comfortable, very clean

Checkout was irritating 🙄 checking in was a breeze. The two young ladies were very helpful and were very nice and professional. However, checkout was a little bit annoying because I couldn't pay the way I needed to. I was sharing a room with another adult and we wanted to split the bill but they couldn't figure out how to manage this???the daytime staff were a different set of ppl A man and a woman ? We had to put everything on my Credit card and then split things later. We needed the billing to reflect our halves , so that was a bit of an inconvenience but everything else was top-tier. No complaints otherwise...

The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom fitted my needs for limited mobility and ability to step up and over. The view of the courtyard was lovely. It was on the ground floor so, again, accessible. Everything was kept very clean. The employees were friendly and helpful.

No restaurant. No restaurants within walking distance for one with mobility issues.

Everything was good except when someone moved in 421 loud all night and woke up at 7am playing loud music until they left that morning. I guess someone called on.

Everything was good except ceiling above bed look like it was going to come down because of water damage above on 2nd floor above me and the so call smoke alarm was blinking on and off possible camera. All night long. Bright light.

I loved the location, it’s clean, the atmosphere is friendly ,and it’s quiet .

The maid coming around banging on the door ever 30 mins with a card way before check out. I had to open the door the 3rd time she did it and ask her why and she just left her cart and walked away. I’m talking like 9:30am-1030am in the morning. What the f—-?

the staff was so unprofessional. they were not dressed professional, not friendly or customer service oriented. I waited an hour and a half for a king bed I never got. waiting in the lobby and they never checked up on me or gave me water they originally offered. they got rooms mixed up, other guests said there were people already in their room, key wasn’t working, etc. it seems like there was no management to oversee things. very disappointing because the room was nice and comfortable even if it wasn’t the room I originally booked and paid for.

Everything, the staff, the room, the beautiful view that we had from our room. And we are looking into seeing you again very shortly.

The room was very comfortable. The bedding was attractive and the mattress was great. The pillows were too soft, for my preference, but there were two so I could double up. The bathroom was clean. The mirror was cracked but didn't impact using the mirror. Very friendly staff!!!

The exterior of the Four Points has gone down hill over the years. We have stayed there many times. The interior grounds are lovely, but the exterior of the buildings is in need of repair. The wooden railings look terrible. The metal railing by the exterior steps at Building 6 wasn't secure; someone who actually needed to hold on could fall.

Staff was great, and the romm was clean and comfortable. Property has a nice garden to relax in if you're 35+ years old. Warm and cozy in the lobby if you're in the cold season.

Netflix or other apps on the TV would've been better than tuberculosis commercials on the TV.

My room was nice and the view on the patio was fabulous. I did ask for no patio, however, I did get just that but glad, cuz enjoyed my morning coffee with the beautiful view on the patio. I was traveling alone and also got an adjoining room. So now had to worry about two extra doors. 🙄

Called for a toothbrush and toothpaste but never received so went to the front desk to pick it up. The front desk apologizes for the non-delivery but just glad they did have it.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice during my stay, especially since I had to check-in very late at night. There was good security and I really appreciated the complimentary water bottles with the heat wave that was hitting. The room was so comfortable and very spacious.
